Preheat oven to 400F.

Toss the shrimp with lemon pepper seasoning (or garlic powder), add salt if your seasoning doesn&#039;t have salt. Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet and cook shrimp about 2 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Set aside.

Assemble the pizzas on a large baking sheet: Top each naan bread with half the marinara sauce, mozzarella slices, grape tomatoes, shrimp, and basil leaves. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Bake at 400F for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the pizzas are heated through. Garnish with the remaining fresh basil leaves.

10-Minute Naan Pizza

Naan Pizza in Air Fryer

Cut tomatoes and mozzarella in slices. Cut basil leaves in stripes or ribbons. Using a pastry brush, apply olive oil on the naan.

Generously spread pizza sauce on the oiled naan. Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices and basil leaves uniformly on the top. Season well with herb mixture.

Prepare Naan Pizza

Arrange single or two pieces of assembled pizza on air fryer basket.  Air fry at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 10 mins or until base is crispy.

Naan Pizza

Prep: Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Once hot, place naan directly on the racks and cook for 2 minutes. Flip carefully with tongs, then cook for another 2 minutes. Remove naan from the oven.

Assemble: Spread 2 Tbsp of sauce onto each naan, followed by ¼ cup of mozzarella and 2 Tbsp of either cheddar or parmesan.

Spinach and Feta Flatbread Pizza

Place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 450° Fahrenheit (skip if air frying).

Spread the mozzarella cheese on the flatbread and sprinkle with black pepper and garlic powder. Add spinach, red onions, garlic and feta cheese.

Bake for 10-12 minutes on the preheated pan. If air frying, set the air fryer to 400°F and air fry for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.

Grilled Naan Pizza is so easy and so good. This version with wild mushrooms, truffle oil and goat cheese is luscious!

Naan Pizza Recipe with Mushrooms

1 T butter

oz baby bella mushrooms – cleaned and sliced

1/2 c Parmesan

oz goat cheese

4 T truffle oil

Truffle salt

parsley and chopped green onions

2 na’an flat breads

Heat olive oil and butter in a medium skillet. Add chopped onions and saute until softened. Add mushrooms and saute until mushrooms have released their juice and the pan is dry- about 5-10 minutes.

While mushrooms are sauteing, start preheating your grill. Heat it to medium and oil the grate.

Brush each na’an with 1 T truffle or olive oil. Sprinkle each with about  1 1/2 T of Parmesan. Top each with 1/2 of the mushrooms. Top each with 2 oz of goat cheese.

Turn preheated grill down to low. Place na’an pizzas on oiled grill grate. Grill covered for about 10 minutes or until sufficiently browned. Watch carefully for hot spots on the grill, so that your pizza doesn’t burn. You don’t want them to cook too fast so adjust your grill accordingly. They should be golden on the bottom of the bread. Bread burns easily, so watch diligently!

Remove from grill and drizzle each with about 1 T of truffle oil. Sprinkle each with another 2 tablespoons of Parmesan.  Sprinkle lightly with truffle salt, if using.

Garnish with parsley and onions. I use kitchen shears to cut these each into 4 slices.

Tandoori Paneer Naan Pizza - Air Fryer / Oven

Garlic Naan

Pizza sauce

Tomatoes

Red Onions (sliced)

Bell pepper (sliced)

Mozzarella (grated)

Cilantro (chopped)

Paneer (small cubes)

Yogurt (thick)

Garam Masala

Ground Turmeric (Haldi powder)

Mix all the ingredients mentioned for Tandoori Paneer in a bowl.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place naans on the baking tray and apply sauce on each and spread evenly. Spread a little mozzarella on the two naans.&nbsp;

Place the paneer cubes (mixed with yogurt and spices) on the two naans. Next start spreading the red onions, bell peppers and grape tomatoes.

Next spread an even layer of mozzarella on top of the veggies. Optionally, sprinkle some feta cheese on top. Finally add some chopped cilantro.&nbsp;

Air Fryer: Cook on 350F for 8-10 minutes. Start checking after 7 minutes and crisp to your preference.&nbsp;

Oven: Preheat oven to 400F.&nbsp;Bake for about 10 – 15 mins or until the cheese melts.&nbsp;If you like, you can broil for 2-3 minutes for a crisper cheese finish. When the cheese has melted, they are ready to pull out and enjoy!

Top with chili flakes and enjoy!&nbsp;

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F, and place a pizza stone or large baking sheet inside the oven to preheat along with it.

Combine olive oil, garlic powder, and sea salt in a small dish. Brush this mixture lightly along the outer rim of the naan.

Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the middle of each naan. Top evenly with mozzarella, Parmesan, and toppings as desired.

Carefully slide the naan onto the baking surface. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Repeat if necessary - I can usually fit two average sized pieces of naan on my pizza stone at a time.

Slide naan off of the pizza stone and onto a cutting board. Let cool for 2-3 minutes, then slice into quarters and serve.

Air fry the naan pizza for 4-5 minutes at 390°F.

Check the pizza after 4 minutes and air fry for another minute if needed.

Gently remove the naan pizza from the air fryer basket with the help of a spatula.

Slice the naan pizza and sprinkle the seasoning of your choice.

Autumn Naan Pizzas with caramelized shallots, pumpkin puree, ground sausage, crispy sage, and fontina cheese. These easy fall pizzas abound with seasonal flavors and come together in just 30 minutes.

Autumn Naan Pizzas

Preheat oven to 425ºF.Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shallots and cook until softened, about 4 to 5 minutes. Crumble sausage into pan and cook until browned, about 6 to 7 minutes.

Arrange naan breads on a large rimmed baking sheet. Spoon pumpkin puree evenly over each bread, and sprinkle with a little dried oregano.Sprinkle Fontina cheese evenly over each bread, followed by sausage and shallot mixture. Spoon small dollops of ricotta cheese overtop.

Place sage leaves in a small bowl and drizzle with remaining 1 Tbsp. olive oil, rubbing oil into leaves. Scatter sage leaves over each naan pizza.Transfer pan to the oven and bake for ~15 minutes, until pizzas are golden and crisp. Drizzle each pizza with hot honey, and garnish with cracked black pepper.

My husband was super skeptical about pumpkin pizza when I told him I wanted to make it for our fall dinners. Sure enough, it came out incredible. You can totally make this on regular pizza dough too but it was actually amazing on naan! Would make this again not during fall.
