An anti inflammatory blender bomb may help naturally calm inflammation and pain, as well as provide essential nutrients, thanks to anti-inflammatory superstars turmeric, pineapple, flaxseed oil, lemon and ginger.

Blender Bombs for Inflammation

pineapple

tbsp flaxseed oil

tbsp lemon (juice)

tbsp ginger root (finely minced)

tbsp honey (optional)

turmeric

tsp black pepper

water (if needed)

Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. If needed, add a little water. If there isn&#39;t 4 cups of puree, add enough water to equal 4 cups.

Pour into two 16-well standard ice cube trays. Place in freezer for at least four hours up to overnight, until frozen solid. Pop cubes out of tray and transfer to a resealable, freezer-safe bag or container.

To use, add 4 cubes to your favorite smoothie in place of 1/2 to 1 cup fruit. (See notes below for more info.)

I made these last night and had them in my smoothie this morning!!! They are SO good! It gave my kale mango smoothie a nice lemony zing and reminded me of the Mean Green juice that I love from Joe Cross. My husband has a herniated disc and struggles with sciatica and other back pain and I'm hoping these will help calm the inflammation!!!

Best thing ever. I swear this along with some stretching helped me heal my de quervain’s tenosynovitis, I was in so much pain in my wrist and I feel this helped. I love this, and it tastes so freaking delicious on its own! Thank you ladies!!

I wasn't sure about adding milk to this recipe- I would usually add water or coconut water to citrus smoothies. But it made it creamy without compromising on the fresh taste. I used homemade oat milk. The colour is bright and vibrant for a happy day ahead!

I totally understand thanks for the tips, my Trader Joes didn't have fresh pineapple yet so I got the frozen...but I'm trying the cubed smoothie today....how do you reccommend using them in a smoothie? with water or milk?

Excellent recipe. I also used frozen pineapple, worked just as good, but I will try the 100% pineapple in a can this week for the cubes recipe. Thank you again! Instant relief, I couldn't believe it. Oh, I subbed Flax Seeds and made sure to pulse them really fine in the blender, and then added the frozen pineapple and other ingridents, mine needed a little bit of water, but it still worked just as good!

Today I made the Tumeric Booster Smoothie Cubes.  I am very interested in the anti-inflamatory effects.  I used apples with the skin on  for the fruit and olive oil instead of flaxseed oil.  The smell of apples and ginger are dominant so far.  Into the freezer now and tomorrow into the smoothie.

This is ALSO a TEN!
They are SO fragrant and could just drink as is (in a shot-size form, like shots of freshly pressed wheat grass)! 
They are THAT good!

Up your water consumption with this simple, tasty detox water recipe that helps fight belly bloat and hydrate your body.

Fruit-Infused Water

water

grapefruit

fresh rosemary (3-4" long)

Thoroughly wash and rinse the grapefruit, then cut into chunks or slices, leaving the skin on. Add the grapefruit to a pitcher or into separate drinking containers.

Press the rosemary gently between fingers or palms of your hands to help release the natural oils. Place rosemary in the pitcher or drinking containers.

Fill with water and place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, or up to 48 hours. If you&#39;re using sparkling water, keep in mind that the sparkling quality will wear off with time.

I'm not a huge fan of grapefruit but I subbed watermelon and it was delicous!

I never would have put grapefruit and rosemary together but this totally upped my water game! So good and refreshing.
