Jako fina i kremasta torta sa neskvikom. Torta koju obožavaju djeca i odlična je za rođendane.

Neskvik torta

SMEĐA KORA: 5 bjelanjaka

žlica šećera

vrećica pudinga od čokolade

ŽUTA KORA: 5 bjelanjaka

vrećica pudinga od vanilije

BIJELA KORA: 5 bjelanjaka

žlice gustina

FIL: 15 žumanjaka

žlica vrhom punih brašna

l mlijeka

375 gr margarina

400 gr Nesquika

300 ml vrhnja za šlag

DEKORACIJA: 500 ml vrhnja za šlag

možete posipati Neskquikom ili čokoladom u prahu

Bjelanjke izradite u čvrsti snijeg. Postepeno dodavajte šećer i miksajte.

Dodajte puding od čokolade i pjenjačom lagano sjedinite.

Smjesu rasporedite po masnom papiru u obruču veličine 28cm.

Stavite peći u zagrijanu pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva 15-20 minuta. Kada je pečeno nožem odvojite bočne stranice od obruča.

Bjelanjke izradite u čvrsti snijeg, pa postepeno dodavajte šećer i miksajte.

Dodajte puding od vanilije i pjenjačom lagano sjedinite.

Na isti način pripremite i treću bijelu koru sa gustinom.

Žumanjke pjenasto izradite sa šećerom.

Dodajte malo mlijeka i brašno, pomiješajte, a ostatak mlijeka stavite zakuhati.

U uzavrelo mlijeko dodajte pripremljene sastojke, nastavite kuhati. Sklonite s vatre i dodajte Nesquik, sjedinite.

Kremu prebacite u drugu posudu i pokrijte prozirnom folijom, ostavite da se hladi.

Kada je krema hladna prvo ju malo izradite mikserom.

Dodajte margarin sobne temperature, sve zajedno sjedinite.

Vrhnje za šlag izradite u čvrsti šlag.

Stavite tamnu koru, pola kreme i pola šlaga.

Staviti žutu koru, ostatak kreme i ostatak šlaga.

(9 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

(1/2 stick) buttermelted

brown sugar

butterscotch sauce (optional)

NESTLÉ NESQUIK Chocolate Flavor Syrup (optional)

Cut each roll in half.Press each half into 3-inch circle.Place 10 or 11 morsels in center of dough circleshaping dough into a ball around morsels.Pinch dough to seal.Repeat with remaining dough and morsels.Dip each in melted butter and roll in sugar.Arrange dough balls in prepared pan; seam sides up.Cover; let rise in warm place for 40 minutes or until doubled in size.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 minutes.Loosen sides and invert onto serving platter.Drizzle with butterscotch sauce and Nesquik.Serve warm.
