So simple and delicious, this easy recipe for two ingredient homemade bagels requires no yeast, and less than 20 minutes!

Easy 2 Ingredient Bagel Recipe with no yeast

flour

Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt

baking soda

water

Parmesan cheese

cinnamon sugar (or zero calorie sugar)

asiago

everything but the bagel seasoning

poppyseeds

Mix together until a dough forms . Divide into 10 equal balls (each should be about 30 grams in weight or 1-2 tablespoons of dough).

In a small pot, boil 6 cups of water and 1 teaspoon baking soda.

Form a rope with the balls of dough, and wrap it around your finger to create bagel rings. Using a slotted spoon, drop bagel into boiling water for 60 seconds.

Remove from water and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Now add any topping you wish! Spray with butter flavored cooking spray and then sprinkle with parmesan, bagel seasoning, or cinnamon sugar (with zero calorie sugar).

Bake in oven at 350 for 15 minutes, or until bagels begin to brown.

all purpose flour

baking powder

plain Greek yogurt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray with avocado oil spray or other non-stick spray.

Add flour, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl. Whisk well to combine.

Add the greek yogurt to the flour mixture and stir until a sticky dough forms.

Lightly flour your hands and work surface and knead dough for about 1 minute.

Divide dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and form a bagel shape, making a hole in the middle with your thumb.

Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Bursh tops with egg white wash and sprinkle with your favorite toppings if desired.

Place baking sheet on top rack and bake for 25 minutes until slightly golden brown. Remove and let cool before slicing.
