Heavenly Honey Butter Nun’s Puffs

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin pan thoroughly.

In a saucepan, melt butter. Add milk and bring to a low boil.

Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until a dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each until the mixture is smooth and glossy.

Divide the dough evenly into the greased muffin cups. Sprinkle tops with sugar.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the puffs are golden brown and puffed.

Serve warm with honey or your choice of whipped cream and fruit.
