These Three Ingredient Easy No Bake Vegan Oatmeal Bars are perfect healthy snacks for BLW, Toddlers, and Kids, and are very versatile depending on what you already have on hand!

Easy No Bake Vegan Oatmeal Bars for Kids & Toddlers

quick cooking oats (gluten free, if needed)

almond butter or peanut butter

maple syrup

salt (optional)

cinnamon (optional)

tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Mini chocolate chips

Pulverized freeze dried fruit

dates (raisins, cranberries)

almonds (pecans, pistachios, seeds, coconut)

Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Put the oats in a large bowl.

In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the maple syrup to a boil. Once it's bubbling, mix it in the oats, along with the peanut butter, any of the optional ingredients and your "add ins".

Quickly mix everything together as it will become very hard to mix if you wait.

Transfer the mixture to the lined loaf pan, and press down very hard to pack it tightly. This will help the bars stay together. If you want to add more toppings on top, go for it now! Put the pan in the fridge or freezer for 1 hour then using a serrated knife, cut into 16 bars.

Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper hanging over the edge.

In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients including the rolled oats, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together in a bowl.

In another large bowl, combine the wet ingredients including the eggs, milk, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Transfer the dry ingredients over the wet ingredients and set aside until flavors blend, about 20 minutes.

Fold in the walnuts and cranberries, and spread combined mixture into prepared square pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden brown, about 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool on wire rack for 5 minutes before slicing. Cut into 16 bars.

Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Butter and line a 20-21cm square baking tin with baking parchment. Gently melt together the butter, sugar and syrup in a large pan. Tip in the oats, flour and coconut, and mix well. Press the mixture into the tin to flatten evenly. Bake for 30 mins until golden and crisping.

To make the icing, put the butter, icing sugar, syrup and ground ginger in a small pan and heat gently, stirring, until all melted together. Pour straight over the flapjacks, scatter with the diced ginger and cool in the tin.

These easy homemade berry oatmeal breakfast bars are made with pantry ingredients. They are vegan, gluten-free and the perfect on-the-go breakfast or healthy snack!

Vegan Berry Oatmeal Bars

old fashioned oats

tbsp ground flaxseed

½ tsp ground ginger

½ tsp kosher salt

¼ cup cup nondairy milk

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed. Let sit at least five minutes until some liquid is absorbed. Fold in the blackberries being careful not to break them up too much.

Line a 9 x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour the oat mixture into the pan. Bake 45-50 minutes until the center is set.

Remove from the pan. Set on a cooling rack. Once cool, slice into 8 bars.

These healthy bars are the perfect grab-and-go breakfast.

Easy Oatmeal Bars with Veggies

Preheat oven to 180C (350F) and line an 8 inch square cake tin with baking paper along base and sides.

Grate the carrot or the zucchini (whatever you&#039;re using) and set aside. If using zucchini, squeeze out excess water with paper towel or a clean tea towel.

Mash the bananas thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Add egg, vanilla, peanut butter and milk. Whisk it all together. Add in quick oats, rolled oats, almond meal, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and the grated carrot/zucchini. It will form a very thick batter, almost like a wet dough.

Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes so the oats absorb some of the moisture and soften.

Press the mixture evenly into the lined cake tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top and firm to touch. Allow to cool before slicing into bars. Will keep in the fridge for around 5 days. The bars can be frozen but they tend to lose their shape a bit if you microwave them.

Easy Flapjacks Recipe

Brown sugar (or demerara sugar.)

350 gram Oats (instant or quick rolled oats oats

Prepare

Preheat oven to 180°c / 160°c fan gas 4 / 350 °F. Prepare the baking tin by lining it with baking parchment. We use a 8 x 8 inch square tin loose-bottomed cake tin, if using a longer tin they will come out thinner.Make sure parchment paper is longer than the tray to make it easier to remove later. See blog post for advice.

Put the butter, sugar and golden syrup in a pan together.

Melt

Melt the ingredients together on low heat. Do not allow the mixture to boil.

Oats

Once melted turn off the heat and add oats

Stir

Stir oats into the butter, sugar and syrup until well coated and it forms a sticky mixture

Tray

Push

Oven

Bake for 15 -20 minutes in an oven set to 180°c / 160°c fan gas 4 / 350 °F

Remove

Remove from the oven, they will still be soft, don&#39;t worry this is normal they firm up as they cool. Do not be tempted to cook for longer!

Cool

Leave to cool still in the tin for at least 20 minutes. Once the tin has cooled down, place it in the fridge. This will cool the flapjack mixture and make it set hard. The longer the better for neater cuts I suggest 2 hours+.

Fridge

Once completely cooled and firm, gently lift flapjack slab out with the baking parchment.

Use a sharp knife to cut into rectangles or squares!

Size

Makes 8 large rectangular flapjacks or 16 treat size squares.

Best served at room temperature, for a soft chewy texture.

2.5 Cups Fresh or Frozen Blueberries

tbsp Corn Starch, Tapioca Starch, or Arrorowroot Starch

Place a rack in the center of your oven and heat to 350 degrees F.

Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper so that the paper overhangs two sides.

In a food processor or high-powered blender, process 1 1/2 cups of oats, flax seeds, and almonds into a fine flour consistency.

Combine the oat/almond flour mixture, remaining cup of oats, mashed banana, maple syrup, and water into a bowl. Stir together until everything is combined and crumbly.

Press a little more than half of the oat mixture into an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper, then set the rest of the crumble in the fridge for later.

Pour blueberries into a bowl and use a fork to mash and break down the blueberries just a bit. Stir in the lemon zest and starch of your choice.

Pour blueberries over the oat crust.

Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the top of the blueberry mixture.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until filling is bubbly and the oatmeal crumble is slightly golden brown.

Cool and cut into 8 bars or 16 small squares.
