This recipe is quick, easy, &amp; makes the perfect light &amp; fluffy omelette!

How to Make an Omelette

eggs

milk (or water, optional)

salt & pepper (to taste)

butter

cheddar cheese (shredded)

toppings (as desired)

Beat eggs, milk, and salt &amp; pepper with a fork until the yolks are completely incorporated. Set aside.

Melt butter in a 6” skillet over medium medium-low and add egg mixture. Allow to cook about 1-2 minutes.

Gently run a spatula along the edges moving the cooked egg away from the edges while tilting the pan and letting the raw egg run underneath the cooked egg. Repeat as needed until the eggs are almost set.

Once the eggs are almost set, add cheese (and other toppings as desired) and cover.

Cook until the top is set and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.

Fold in half and serve.

Whisk your eggs together in a small bowl. Add CannaMilk, salt and pepper.  Whisk for a few minutes, until the eggs are foamy. This will help give you a fluffy omelet.

In a sauce pan over medium heat melt the Cannabutter. Spread the Cannabutter all over the pan.

Pour the eggs into the pan. Tilt the pan around to spread the eggs out evenly on the bottom.

Wait 20-30 seconds, then use a spatula to lift around the edges of the eggs. Tilt the pan so the uncooked egg in the middle runs off the surface and under the omelet.  Continue 2-3 times or until there is no visible uncooked egg.

Add cheese to half the omelet.  Then add cooked bacon, or any other ingredients you want to add. Cook for about 30 seconds.

Fold the omelet in half. Add additional cheese on top if desired.  Transfer to a serving plate, and serve right immediately.

Beat 3 eggs with a large whisk. Season with a little salt and some ground black pepper. Brush or spray a small non-stick frying pan (the diameter of the base needs to be about 19cm) with oil and place over a medium-high heat.

Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan. As the eggs begin to set, use a wooden spoon to draw the cooked egg towards the centre 6 or 7 times, working your way around the pan.

Scatter half the onions, tomatoes and cheese over the omelette and cook for 3 mins more or until the eggs are just set.

Carefully loosen the sides with a heatproof palette knife and slide the omelette onto a plate, folding in half as you go. Make the second omelette in the same way. Add celery sticks, Little Gem lettuce, radishes and a small pot of chutney to each plate, then serve.

Sprinkle feta cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts and parmesan cheese on top of the omelet and then place a lid on the pan and turn heat to low.  Cook on low until top is just barely set, just 1-2 minutes.  Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired. Fold omelet over, in half, and slide onto a serving plate. Enjoy!
