This EASY Spaghetti and Meat Sauce is cooked all in one pot! The meat sauce is made from scratch on the stove and cooked with the spaghetti all at the same time. No extra pots to wash, fast and delicious!

One-Pot Spaghetti and Meat Sauce (Stove-Top recipe)

lb 90% ground beef

salt

onion

garlic

black pepper (to taste)

water

basil leaves (plus optional more for garnish)

wheat or gluten-free spaghetti (broken in half (I love Delallo))

parmesan cheese (optional

Heat a large heavy pot or Dutch oven over high heat. (If your pot is not heavy, the sauce may burn.)

When hot add the beef and salt and cook, breaking up about 3 minutes.

Add the onions, and garlic and cook until softened, 3 to 4 minutes.

Add the crushed tomatoes, black pepper, water and basil and stir, add the spaghetti, making sure the liquid covers everything without stirring.

Cover and cook medium-low heat (do not open) until the water is absorbed and the pasta is cooked, about 17 to 20 minutes.

Serve topped with grated cheese if desired!

One Pot Spaghetti with Meat Sauce Recipe

This one pot wonder if full of flavor and delicious! It's meatless, and non-dairy! Perfect weeknight dinner that is ready in less than 14 minutes!

One Pot Greek Spaghetti

oz uncooked pot sized spaghetti

olive oil

manzanilla green olives

kalamata olives (drained)

artichoke hearts (drained)

red onion

cherry tomatoes

oz marinara sauce

tsp pepper

oregano

thyme

vegetable broth

tsp sea salt, more or less to taste

In a large stock pot or dutch oven, add all of the ingredients. Yup, you heard that right &#8211; all of them!

Start by laying the spaghetti down in the bottom of the pot or dutch oven. Then drizzle on the olive oil. Follow that up by adding pitted green olives, pitted kalamata olives, diced garlic cloves, artichoke hearts, red onions and tomatoes.

Then pour marinara sauce over the ingredients. Add salt, pepper, oregano and thyme. And finish it off by pouring in the broth of your choice. Gently mix it all together to distribute the seasoning.

Bring the pot up to a boil over medium high heat, cover and reduce the heat to medium low. Allow the pasta to cook for 11-13 minutes, or until the pasta has reached your preferred texture. Note: we recommend mixing the ingredients again at least once halfway through the cooking process to make sure nothing sticks together.

Garnish with fresh Italian parsley and feta cheese (omit for non-dairy).

I just made this and it is amazing!  I eliminated the red onion because I can’t stand onion but it’s so good that I can’t even wait for the rest of my dinner to be done.  I keep sneaking into the pot!

One Pot Greek Spaghetti | Easy Pasta Recipe

This quick and easy Greek spaghetti recipe is perfect for busy weeknights. Made with grape tomatoes, spinach, feta cheese, and flavorful herbs, you&#039;ll have a fresh and flavorful dinner on the table in no time.

Greek Spaghetti

spaghetti

tbsp extra virgin olive oil

tbsp red wine vinegar

lemon juice

tbsp fresh chopped basil

tbsp fresh chopped dill

sea salt

½ tsp fresh cracked pepper

salted butter

grape tomatoes (halved)

½ red onion (diced)

oz frozen spinach

oz crumbled feta cheese

Bring 4 cups of salted water to a boil in a medium to large pot. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 12 minutes, then drain and set aside.

While the noodles are cooking, combine 3 cloves of garlic, basil, dill, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and olive oil in a food processor and pulse for 15-20 seconds to make the sauce.

Melt butter in the pot you cooked the spaghetti in and add tomatoes, onion, and spinach (break apart the frozen spinach so it thaws quicker). Cook for 7 minutes, then add the remaining garlic and stir.

Add noodles and sauce to the pan and toss to coat. Cook for 7-10 minutes.

Top with crumbled feta and fresh dill for garnish.

This one pot spaghetti is filled with (meatless) meaty flavor and is ready in just 30 minutes using mostly pantry staples.

One-Pot Vegetarian Spaghetti

Heat a 5 quart Dutch oven or stock pot over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the Impossible meat, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, onion powder, and black pepper.

Use a spatula to chop up the meat into ground consistency. Cook the meat until mostly browned, about 3-4 minutes. Add the tomato paste, cooking another 2 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

Deglaze the pot with balsamic vinegar. Add the sugar, marinara sauce, and vegetable broth. Bring to a rapid simmer over medium-high heat. Once almost boiling, lay the broken spaghetti on the sauce. Press the spaghetti down so that it&#39;s fully covered by liquid. Add extra broth if needed.

Reduce the heat to a slow simmer. Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes total, removing the lid every 5 minutes to stir the spaghetti. The spaghetti is ready when cooked through to al dente.

Stir in the spinach and nutritional yeast. Taste for salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Serve topped with grated Parmesan and basil.

This Spaghetti with Sausage recipe is made with a homemade tomato marinara sauce flavored with zesty herbs like basil and oregano. Grab your favorite Italian or andouille sausage for this one-pot weeknight meal.

Cook the spaghetti in accordance with the instructions on the package. Prep your vegetables while the spaghetti cooks.

Place a large pot or Dutch oven on medium-high heat (I use the same one I used to cook the pasta). Add the ground beef. Break down the beef with a meat chopper. Add in the sausage pieces and season the meat with 1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

Cook for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked through. Add in the onions, green peppers, red peppers, and garlic. Saute until the onions and garlic are fragrant. Drain any excess fat from the beef and sausage if necessary.

Add in the crushed tomatoes, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, bay leaf, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and wine. Stir. Taste repeatedly and adjust spices as necessary to suit your taste. The taste of the sauce is key to the overall taste of the dish.

Fold in the cooked spaghetti and stir.

Adjust the heat to medium-low and place the lid on the pot. Simmer and cook for 20 minutes.

Open and remove the bay leaf before serving. If the spaghetti is too thick you can thin it out by adding water or broth.

Loved this! I wanted to switch up from my normal meat sauce, and this had great flavor. I served mine with chickpea pasta to increase the protein content, and it was awesome! Keeping this one on hand for sure!

Another tasty recipe. I added in some pepper flakes because I love spicy spaghetti…..chef’s kiss! This was easy, quick, and delicious. One pot recipes are truly my favorite. Amazing!!! Once again…..my picky child is tearing up these recipes.

My grandparents make the best homemade spaghetti so I normally don’t try any other recipes but I told myself, “It’s a Brandi recipe. You know it’s going to be damn good.”  It did not disappoint. Delicious

I haven’t had spaghetti with sausage in a while. This recipe reminded me of what I missed, but the best part, was the homemade sauce. Another hit!!!

Spaghetti is my husbands favorite food. So, I asked him what he thought of this meal. He said it was amazing!  The sauce is so good and the perfect consistency. We are both excited for our leftovers.

Spaghetti with sausage, say less! I live for easy one pot meals. I made this with ground beef and hot Italian sausage. It was so easy and delicious! Best part is I had everything on hand. 
The sauce by itself is so easy and versatile. I definitely need to make my own marinara more often.
What I really live about this recipe, and all of Brandi’s pasta recipes, is that the sauce to pasta ratio is perfect. It’s not too dry and it’s not swimming in sauce. Be sure to measure your pasta out!

In a large pot over medium high heat, add the onion, bell peppers, and olive oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes then add in the ground beef and sausage and cook until no pink is noted. Add the minced garlic, cook for 30 seconds- 1 minute then drain off the grease.

Add the crushed tomatoes, worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, beef bouillon powder. Stir together then bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes on low.

Add in the broth, bring to a boil. Add in the pasta. Cook the pasta, stirring every 5 minutes until al dente. Serve and enjoy!
