This was AMAZING I made this, but I added olive oils after microwaving, and I added grated cheese as well. I made a mayo-ketchup dip that went amazingly with this. Plain ketchup works too. I added Italian herbs and some chili flakes too. It was a huge hit with my family. I am only 12 and I could still make it with ease. Thanks!

This is a fabulous baked potato recipe! The fact that it is speedy because it uses the microwave is just a bonus! I have used it a number of times now, and have always been very very pleased with the result!

I've done this for years. But I also usually wrap potato in paper towel inside a microwave potato bag. (cotton fabric and pellon between)
Get a much fluffier potato. I usually crisp it up in airfryer too. Tastes yum.

I modified this recipe by poking the potatoes very deep, then liberally applying olive oil to the skins, rub in sea salt, then wrap with paper towels moistened with olive oil.  8 minutes for two potatoes, then check texture with a fork.  The taste and texture rival a regular bake potato.

Whole30 BBQ Sauce

tomato sauce

c. balsamic vinegar

tbsp. coconut aminos

apple cider vinegar

dijon mustard

kosher salt

garlic powder

tsp. black pepper

onion powder

Good. However, I backed off the vinegar just a little and added 2 Tbs powdered Swerve for sweetness. BBQ sauce should be a little sweet.

This was delish :) there is a lot of vinegar, but cooked down it lessens it, and makes it sweeter

Fermented beetroot and apple salsa

g fresh chillies

garlic

parsley

apples

130 g raw beetroot

tomatoes

coriander seeds

cumin seeds

oregano

lime juice

½ tbsp salt

70 g filtered water

water

Place chillies, garlic and parsley into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7.

Add apples and beetroot and chop 3 sec/speed 5.

Add all remaining ingredients and mix 5 sec//speed 3. Transfer into a sealable sterilised glass jar (approx. 1.5L). Press down lightly with a wooden pounder or meat hammer and add more water if necessary so that the salsa is just covered with water. The top of the salsa should be at least 2 cm below the top of the jar. Cover tightly with lid and store at room temperature for 3 days, then transfer into the refrigerator. Do not open jar during 3 days of fermentation (see Tips). Serve as an accompaniment to meat and vegetable dishes.

Veggie Noodles &amp; Marinara Sauce Skillet (Biphasic &amp; Low FODMAP)

Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook on high heat until browned. While the ground turkey is cooking, peel the zucchini and use a vegetable spiralizer to create the noodles. Skip this step if you bought prepared zucchini noodles at the store. Cut the red and green cabbage into small pieces.

Remove the ground turkey from the skillet. Add the extra virgin olive oil to the skillet and let it heat up for 1-2 minutes. Place the zucchini noodles and shredded carrots into the skillet with the heated oil and cook on high heat for 5 minutes until the noodles and carrots are soft. Add the red cabbage, green cabbage, ground turkey and marinara sauce. Continue to cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the cabbage is tender.

6 Ingredient Coconut Flour Pancakes (Biphasic &amp; Paleo)

Mix together the coconut flour, cinnamon and salt. Add the eggs, melted ghee and water to the dry mixture and whisk until combined.

Scoop 1/4 cup of the pancake batter and pour it onto the griddle. Cook on the griddle at 250 degrees for 10 minutes. It should make three pancakes.

The Easiest Way to Cook Steak in an Air Fryer

Place a wire rack in a rimmed baking sheet. Season steak with salt and place on prepared rack. Chill  for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours, if desired. Otherwise, season steaks with salt just before cooking.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 2 to 3 minutes. Lightly grease the wire&nbsp;basket. Arrange steaks in prepared basket, making sure there is ample room for air to circulate. Cook for 6 minutes, then flip&nbsp; and cook to desired doneness, 5 to 7 minutes for medium.

Macadamia protein balls with coconut butter

250 g desiccated coconut

coconut oil

macadamia nuts

g chia seeds

160 g pitted Medjool dates

½ tsp natural vanilla extract

Place coconut into mixing bowl and blend 30 sec/speed 8.

Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then blend for a further 15 sec/speed 8.

Add coconut oil and blend 30 sec/speed 7, until a thick liquid forms. Transfer coconut butter into a sealable container and store in a cool, dark place until ready to use. Clean and dry mixing bowl.

Place macadamias and chia seeds into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 9. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Add dates, vanilla extract and 50 g of the reserved coconut butter and combine 15 sec/speed 9.

Form mixture into small balls (approx. 24), then roll in desiccated coconut or chia seeds to coat. Place into refrigerator for 30 minutes to set. Serve immediately or transfer to a sealable container and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Add all remaining ingredients and cook 15 min/100°C/speed 1, placing simmering basket instead of measuring cup onto mixing bowl lid. Serve sauce warm.
