I used frozen Tyson Any’tizers Homestyle Chicken Fries. Diced up 3-4 at a time. Was quick and easy.

Forgot to bread the chicken and it was still great! Will probably reduce the cheese next time around.

Definitely a hit! Will be making this again in the future 😊 I put a little less cheese in mine and made homemade marinara sauce and it tasted amazing 👍

Used cooked chicken rather than breaded to make it GF and omitted the last cup of mozzarella cheese as they are plenty cheesy without it. Just sprinkled a little mozzarella and parm on top and broiled at the end of baking time. Husband loves them

Really good, but next time I will put rice in the mixture as well. These were not very filling.

I made this tonight. It was so delicious. Only i used two chicken breasts. And added a touch more half & half.  We loved the dish and it didnt even matter that there wasnt any pasta. I want to use zucchini in place of all my pasta dishes now.

Made this a few times now. Very good dish. If you use a spiralizer and the "noodles" seem to have a bit more body.

Great and simple recipe, Will make again and again

I have never been one for noodle substitutions because they never tasted good to me in the past, but this is GREAT. The sauce is so flavorful and delicious that you can't even taste that it's zucchini instead of noodle (and I like zucchini, so it wouldn't be a problem for me if I could taste it). SO GOOD. I did 1 cup of half and half, 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, and 4 garlic cloves. I've never made a better sauce!

Pasta Lovers, This Chicken Zucchini Alfredo Will Save You So Many Calories!

Who says burgers can't be healthy? These Paleo Burgers with Caramelized Balsamic Onions are sandwiched between tomato and avocado slices! It's a quick &amp; easy 30-minute meal your family will want on repeat!

Paleo Burgers with Balsamic Onions &amp; Avocado

beef

salt

pepper

garlic powder

coconut oil

onions,

balsamic vinegar

beef steak tomato,

shreeded green leaf lettuce

avocados

Heat a medium skillet to medium high heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, once melted add in thinly sliced onions. Saute until lightly caramelized, stirring occasionally. {about 10-15 minutes}

Add in balsamic vinegar. Saute for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.

Form six 1/4lb. burgers with the lean ground beef.

Lightly season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat. Add in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Place the burgers in the skillet and saute each side for 3-5 minutes {depending on your desired doneness}.

Remove from skillet and let sit for 1 minute.

Place 1 large slice of beef steak tomato on a plate, top with a pile of shredded lettuce, the burger, 2 tablespoons of the balsamic caramelized onions, and top with sliced avocado {I put half an avocado on each burger}.

I am already counting the days until summer, this makes me wish for it even more.

Made this for dinner tonight. I grilled the burgers outside and added bacon to them and served them on grilled zucchini rings. The onions were delicious!

Made this tonight and we LOVED it!  Had the lean hamburger, but no avocados (but we used Wholly Guacamole). I had no onion to slice, but some frozen chopped onion. Caramelized that in an iron skillet with the coconut oil and balsamic. The house smelled amazing!  Hubby could hardly wait! I put the caramelized chopped onion into the ground beef THEN made the burgers. No tomatoes either.  So a side salad and the dollop of guac and we were in hamburger HEAVEN!  Definitely went onto my Pinterest board!!!!

I just love the recipe as it includes Avacado and patties. That's all I can ask for whenever I and my kids are hungry. My kids are a fan too. 

My hubby will have to be hungry on the other portion.

Sunflower seed risotto

sun ower seeds,

chicken breasts

1L (4 cups) chicken stock

(60 milliliters) extra virgin olive oil

tbs thyme leaves

unsalted butter, chopped

onion, finely chopped

garlic cloves, crushed

(125 milliliters) white wine

(60 grams) finely grated parmesan

broad beans, blanched, podded

celery stalks, nely chopped

Nasturtium leaves, to serve

This easy one-pot paleo pumpkin chili can be made with beef or your favorite ground meat and can be ready in just 30 minutes! It's a hearty, comforting, healthy and Whole30 compliant meal that everyone will love, even the kids!

Easy Pumpkin Chili {Paleo, Whole30}

lb grass fed ground beef

lb pork

Sea salt and black pepper

tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil, to brown the meat)

onion

green bell pepper (diced)

garlic (minced)

jalapeno pepper (minced)

sea salt (adjust to taste)

28 oz can crushed tomatoes

tomatoes

pumpkin puree

tsp chili powder

tsp smoked paprika

tsp chipotle powder (*1/2 tsp if you want more spice)

tsp cumin

tsp pumpkin spice (or cinnamon, if preferred)

Chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Heat a duch oven over medium high heat and add coconut oil.  Add the beef and pork, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper, and use a spoon to break up lumps to evenly brown.

Once 2/3 done, drain some fat if you like (not all) and add the onions and peppers. Stir and continue to cook 2 minutes or until beef is browned and onions and pepper start to soften.  Do not drain any more fat.  Add garlic and jalapeño, stir, and cook another minute.

Lower the heat and add the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, pumpkin, 1/2 tsp salt and all spices.  Stir to combine well, then raise heat to bring to a boil. Once bubbling, lower heat to a slow simmer, cover, and allow to simmer for at least 15 minutes (and up to 45) to combine flavors.  The flavor will only get better the longer this chili simmers, which makes it great for leftovers too.

Garnish with cilantro, sliced avocado, red onion and Kite Hill sour cream, if desired, to serve. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Stovetop directions:

Brown the beef and cook the onions, peppers and garlic as directed, then transfer to your slow cooker and add remaining ingredients.  Cook on low for 4 hours.
