A chocolatey, peanut buttery version of everyone's favorite pull-apart dessert

Snicker's Monkey Bread

Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits,

full-size Snickers bars,

butter, melted

brown sugar

mini chocolate chips

sugar

peanut butter

milk

salt

Preheat oven to 350° F and prepare a greased Bundt pan.

Take each piece of snickers and wrap 1 piece of biscuit around the piece. Roll the dough into a ball and set aside. Repeat with each biscuit.

In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar and melted butter until combined.

Gently toss all the monkey bread pieces in the melted butter mixture and then toss to coat all the monkey bread. Place half the pieces into the Bundt pan and top with half of the chocolate chips. Repeat with remaining pieces and chocolate.

Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until the edges turn golden. Mix all ingredients for peanut butter glaze in a bowl until smooth and light in color.

Remove and let cool for 5 minutes, then top with peanut butter glaze.

Directions:

A vibrant summer salad perfect for sharing at your backyard BBQ.  The dressing adds a zesty and slightly sweet flavor that compliments the fresh ingredients beautifully.

Cowboy Caviar

bell peppers (assorted colors)

jalapeno peppers

avocado

red onion (1 small or 1/2 large)

oz container crumbled feta

oz bag of frozen elote

black beans

olive oil

lime juice

honey

pack taco seasoning (or ¼ cup)

Chips (optional)

Wash produce

Remove seeds from peppers

Dice peppers and onion

Cut avocado into chunks

Wash and rinse black beans

Into a bowl, combine diced veggies, avocado, black beans, frozen corn (it will defrost quickly), and feta

Stir to combine

Mix ingredients for the dressing

Pour dressing over salad and stir to combine

Serve as a salad with dinner or as a dip with chips

Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to two days

Made this yesterday, it was just delicious!!  My family and I loved it.  So fresh, and all of the veggies give it a great crunch!  My 2nd or 3rd 'Jamie' recipe, all have been great!!

I have made many “cowboy caviars,” honestly, this recipe is AMAZING!!! I couldn’t stop eating it- great with tortilla chips and also great alone as a side dish with a quick grilled dinner. Thank you, Jamie! I very much looking forward to trying out more of your recipes!

I LOVE this stuff.  Cowboy Caviar is great for cinco de Mayo but we will be enjoy this summer salad all season long. Its great as a dip or a side salad.  Store leftover in a container in the fridge.
