How To Make Passion Fruit Juice (Super Easy!)

passion fruit pulp (200 g)

Sugar (to taste)

Blitz: Combine water and passion fruit pulp in a blender. Blitz for just a few seconds to loosen the pulp from the seeds (the longer you blend, the more the seeds will break up, which will require a more fine mesh sieve for the next step).

Strain: Pour juice through a wire mesh sieve to remove the seeds, collecting the juice in a spouted container.

Sweeten: Passion fruit can be sour, so add sugar to suit your taste.

Passion fruit juice is pleasantly tart and super refreshing. Similar to lemonade, this drink is made by combining fruit juice with water and sweetener.  Yield: 2 cups

Passion Fruit Juice

½ cup filtered water

passion fruit puree*

Pour filtered water, passion fruit puree, and sweetener into a pitcher. Stir to combine.

Serve chilled over ice. Garnish with passion fruit seeds. Enjoy immediately. *adjust sweetness to taste.

Add water and sugar to a small sauce pot. Set over medium heat. Cook until sugar has dissolved.

Remove from heat. Cool to room temperature. Pour into a jar or container. Keep covered in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Open each passion fruit using a sharp knife scoop out the pulp using a spoon into a blender jar. Add the water and process until smooth.

Using a fine sieve strainer or nut milk bag, strain passion fruit and discard the seeds.

Add maple syrup, or stevia and stir. Add extra sweetener to your liking.

Store in a glass jug in the refrigerator.

Chill the juice in the refrigerator.

Scoop out the pulp using a spoon into a blender jar. Add the water and process until smooth.

Add your favorite sweetener to taste
