Easy Pecan Pie Cobbler Recipe

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175°C).

Add the butter cubes to a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and place it in the oven for approximately 3 to 5 minutes.

While the butter is warming, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Add the milk and vanilla, and gently stir until everything is combined into a smooth batter.

Remove the baking dish when the butter is completely melted. Then, slowly pour the batter over the butter.

Sprinkle the pecans, brown sugar, and toffee bits. over the batter, then carefully pour the boiling water over the top of the dish. Don’t stir the mixture.

Bake the uncovered dish for approximately 30 to 35 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown. Note: It may still be slightly runny at this stage.

Remove the cobbler from the oven and leave it on a cooling rack for 30 minutes to thicken.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or caramel sauce. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, melt 1/2 cup of the butter in the microwave. Add the corn syrup, 1/2 cup of the dark brown sugar, and 1 cup of the pecans and stir to combine. Pour the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until the cake is set and golden brown. The corn syrup mixture on the bottom of the dish will be very liquidy and will make the cobbler seem very jiggly, but just ensure the cake is baked through.

Allow to cool to room temperature or just slightly warm before serving to allow the pecan pie &quot;goo&quot; to thicken up - about 30 minutes. Serve at room temperature or slightly warm with vanilla ice cream if desired. Store at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the fridge for up to 5 days.
