Garlic Bread Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

unsalted butter (melted)

garlic (minced)

parsley

mozzarella (divided)

cream cheese (softened)

Parmesan (divided)

Italian seasoning

red pepper flakes

black pepper

pizza sauce

(not the minis pepperoni slices)

Heat oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic and parsley. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat together 2 cups mozzarella, cream cheese, 1/3 cup Parmesan, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and black pepper.

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared 9x13-inch dish.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the cheese mixture.

Sprinkle with the remaining 2 cups mozzarella.

Top with pepperoni.

Divide the dough into the same number of sections as the number of pepperoni slices used. Roll the dough sections into balls and place each on each slice of pepperoni.

Brush each ball of dough with the butter/garlic mixture.

Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350°F, 35-45 minutes, or until the pizza dough is golden brown, cooked through and the pizza dip is bubbly.

Let cool 10-15 minutes before serving.

4-Ingredient Dump and Bake Pizza Casserole

elbow pasta

(about 25.5 ounces) marinara sauce

water

mozzarella

Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In the prepared baking dish (or in a separate bowl), stir together uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, water, about ¾ of the package of pepperoni, and salt. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove dish from oven, take off cover, and give the pasta a stir. At this point it should be almost done, but still a bit firm ("al dente").

Sprinkle mozzarella over the top and place remaining pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. Return the dish to the oven and bake, uncovered, for about 5-10 more minutes (or until cheese is melted and pasta is tender).

Garnish with optional grated Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs, if desired

Mozzarella Shredded Cheese (Non-Fat)

Mozzarella Shredded Cheese (Reduced-Fat)

Small Package Of Turkey Pepperoni (32 Slices)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prep a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonfat baking spray.

Cook the pasta following the directions on the package until it is al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.

Add the ground turkey, onion, and garlicin a large skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.

Continue to cook until the meat is browned. Drain as needed. Reduce the heat to low.

Stir in the tomato sauce, fire roasted tomatoes, and seasoning.

Transfer this in a large bowl. Stir in one cup of shredded cheese and 16 pieces of turkey pepperoni.

Scoop this into the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese and place the other 16 slices of pepperoni on top.

Loosely cover the baking dish with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Take out of the oven and remove the foil.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve.

Mozzarella cheese (shredded (and divided))

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cut the 8 biscuits into 8 parts each. Add those to a bowl and mix with 8 ounces pizza sauce (we like Classico if going store-bought but also have a Homemade Pizza Sauce Recipe) and 1½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese. Mix this well and pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish.

Top this with another 1½ cups of shredded cheese and pepperoni slices. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese begins to brown.
