Perfectly Roasted Broccoli

sea salt,

olive oil

black pepper (optional)

Preheat the oven to 400°F with a rack in the center position.Place the broccoli on a rimmed sheet pan and toss with the salt and olive oil

Roast until the broccoli is tender and the edges begin to brown and crisp, about 30 minutes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
