Add Ingredients to Food Processor

Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until they are fully combined, about 30 seconds.

Next, add the cheddar cheese, jalapeños (if desired), and pimentos. Pulse just to combine; you don’t want to chop the cheese too much.

Hot Pimento Cheese Dip

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray, then set aside.

Using a stand mixer (or a hand mixer + large bowl), beat mayonnaise, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, ground mustard, salt, and pepper on medium-high speed until mostly smooth, about 3-5 minutes.

Remove bowl from mixer and add cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, pimentos, and green onion to bowl. Use a spatula to gently fold all the ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.

Pour cheese mixture into prepared baking dish and gently smooth out the top so that it's flat.

Bake dip for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve dip immediately with crackers or veggies for dipping.
