If you need a super fast dessert, this pineapple yogurt dessert takes less than 10 minutes and just needs to chill for a bit before you dig in! Great for potlucks, parties, and last minute guests.

Pineapple Yogurt Dessert

plain Greek yogurt

3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix (dry mix only)

pineapple (in juice, undrained)

coconut

pineapple wedges

granola

almonds

strawberries

blueberries

Combine yogurt and dry vanilla pudding mix together in a large bowl.

Stir until all traces of pudding mix have disappeared.

Stir in the pineapple, including the juice, until well combined.

Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Growing up this was a favorite! It's so easy to whip up and perfect for warmer weather.

3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding

heavy cream

oz whipped topping

pineapple

maraschino cherries (stems removed)

½ cups mini marshmallows

pecans

In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding, heavy cream, and crushed pineapple. Mix well.

Add the chopped pecans, shredded coconut, and maraschino cherries to the mixture. Stir until well combined.

Gently fold in the whipped topping until evenly distributed.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
