Homemade Pull Apart Pizza Bread is like a Pizza Version of Monkey Bread. This cheesy, crispy, fluffy pizza bread is a perfect party appetizer.

Pizza Bread

pizza dough

olive oil (divided)

garlic powder (divided)

red pepper flakes

Italian Seasoning

mozzarella cheese

Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)

Marinara sauce (for serving)

Combine

Combine olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder in small bowl.

Grease

Grease a bundt pan or 9x13 baking dish and a large mixing bowl with the olive oil mixture, reserving about 1 tablespoon of the mixture.

Cut Dough

Lightly flour a cutting board or working surface. Roll the dough out into a 12 inch by 9 inch rectangle--or something of that nature. Cut into 1 inch cubes.

Grease a large mixing bowl with olive oil. Add the dough cubes, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasonings, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, a small pinch of salt, and up to 1 cup of pizza toppings of your choice. Toss to evenly distribute ingredients.

Aseemble

Spread the dough mixture evenly in the bundt pan or baking dish and brush the remaining olive oil evenly over the top of the dough.

Rest

Cover the bundt pan with a towel and let the dough rest while the oven heats to 350 degrees Farenheit.

Bake

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes if using a bundt pan, or 15-20 minutes if using a baking dish, until bread is cooked through and golden brown. Check the pizza bread halfway through cooking. If you notice the top is browning before the dough is cooked through, cover with foil for the remaining of the bake time. 

Serve

Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minute in pan. Serve right from baking dish, or if a bundt pan was used, carefully remove the pizza bread from the bundt pan, using a knife to loosen from the sides of the pan if needed. Invert the bread and serve with pizza sauce or marinara sauce.

Pizza Monkey Bread is an Italian appetizer stuffed with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and garlic all in a Bundt pan.  If you love pizza, you&#x27;ll love this Pizza Monkey Bread made with biscuits and marinara sauce for dipping. 

Pizza Monkey Bread

(16.3 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuits (quartered)

pepperoni,

mozzarella

Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated

butter, (melted and slightly cooled)

olive oil

Italian seasonings

garlic garlic

marinara

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a large bowl, add all the ingredients (except marinara) and toss well until combined.&nbsp;

Pour mixture into a greased 10-inch Bundt pan (you can also use a 9x13 baking dish). Bake for 35-45 minutes or until rolls are cooked on the inside; cover with foil after 20 minutes or until top is browned. Check every 5 minutes towards end of cooking to see if done.

Remove from oven and loosen edges of bread with a knife. Invert Bundt pan on a plate and then invert onto a serving plate so that the pretty side is up. Pull apart and dip in warm marinara.

Parmesan or Pecorino Cheese (grated)

marinara or pizza sauce

In a medium bowl, combine the bread flour, all purpose flour and salt. Set aside.

Combine the active yeast and water in a mixing bowl fitted with a dough hook. Let it sit for a few minutes to make sure your yeast is working. Add the sugar and mix for a quick second. Add the flour mixture in batches, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Let the dough hook work its magic for 5-6 minutes until the dough has come together into a large mass. Remove the dough to an oiled bowl and let rise for 60 minutes.

After an hour, remove the dough from the bowl and cut into small 1/2 inch cubes. Dust with flour to prevent them from sticking together. Set aside.

Butter and flour 6 small bundt pans. (You could also use a large bundt pan)

Melt the butter in a small bowl.

Combine the cheese, herbs, salt/pepper and garlic in a large bowl. Add the melted butter and mix together with a spoon. Toss in the cut dough and make sure it all gets a coat of the butter mixture. Start layering the cubes into the bundt pans until they are 3/4 of the way full. Let sit for 30 minutes for the dough to rise a little more and while they are rising, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Place bundt pans into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the bread and cheese is golden brown. Serve with warmed marinara sauce or pizza sauce.

Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously grease a Bundt pan. Cut each biscuit into quarters.

In a large bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and olive oil. Toss until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared Bundt pan, spreading evenly.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown on top.

Let rest for 5 minutes, then carefully invert onto a plate. Serve warm with pizza sauce or marinara for dipping.

This was a great snack for a snowy day doing house chores.  I only made half the portion, using a small pan vice a bundt pan.  I used 1-can of biscuits, full portions of Italian and Garlic seasonings, 1/4 cup oil and used parchment paper.  I also added a bit more cheese 3/4 of the way through the cooking, just because you can never have enough cheese!  

Quick, easy, my bride liked it, and even I can make it!  It's a hit.

I made this pull-apart bread for a movie night snack, and it was gone before the opening credits were over! The garlic butter finish really makes the whole thing.

Crispy on the outside and soft inside. Such an easy crowd-pleaser.

I don't like using bundt pans for any reason if I can avoid it, so I made this in a baking dish. It came out great!

I made this the game this weekend, and it was a hit. DEFINITELY grease every nook and cranny of your pan, though.

Really want to make this for gameday! I'll have to borrow a bundt pan though. Can I use a loaf pan instead?
