Conopida Pane la Air Fryer

conopida mare

60 ml unt topit

oua mari

catei de usturoi (maruntiti)

lingurita sare

lingurita piper (proaspat macinat)

g faina de migdale

75 g parmezan (razuit)

lingura boia de ardei afumat

lingurite condimente italiene

120 ml maioneza

lingura sirop de artar keto (fara calorii/fara zahar)

linguri Sriracha (sau dupa gust)

Taiati conopida in bucatele potrivite si puneti-le in punga ziplock.

Intr-un bol mare, adaugati untul topit, ouale si usturoiul. Asezonati cu sare si piper.

Turnati amestecul in punga zilock peste buchetelele de conopida. Inchideti punga si amestecati foarte bine astfel incat compozitia sa acopere fiecare bucatica.

Intr-o farfurie adanca, amestecati faina de migdale, parmezanul, paprika afumata si condimentele italiene. Amestecati bine apoi dati fiecare bucatica prin acest amestec astfel incat sa fie acoperita pe toate partile.

Preincalziti air fryer-ul la 200°C.

Asezati jumatate din cantitatea de conopida in cosul air fryer-ului, fara sa le inghesuiti.

Gatiti buchetelele de conopida 12-15 minute, iar la jumatatea timpului scuturati cosul air fryer-ului. Timpul de gatire poate varia in functie de marimea bucatilor. Daca sunt mai mici, verificati cu un cutit daca s-au gatit dupa 12 minute. Mie imi place sa ramana putin crocantae, asa ca pentru dimensiunea la care le-am taiat, eu le-am gatit 15 minute.

Repetati modul de gatire si pentru tura a doua de conopida.

Intre timp, intr-un bol incapator amestecati toate ingredientele pentru sos.

Cand toate bucatile de conopida s-au gatit, puneti-le in bol si amestecati-le cu sosul.

▢2 cloves garlic - minced
▢½ tsp sea salt

▢¾ cup (75g) almond flour
▢¾ cup (75g) ground parmesan Cheese
▢1 tbsp smoked paprika
▢2 tsp Italian seasoning

For the Keto Bang Bang Sauce:
▢½ cup (120ml) mayonnaise
▢1 tbsp keto maple syrup - zero-calorie/sugar-free
▢2 tbsp Sriracha - or to taste

Instructions
1. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and transfer to a large ziplock bag.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the melted butter, eggs and garlic. Season with sea salt and ground pepper.
3. Pour this mixture over the cauliflower florets in the ziplock bag. Mix thoroughly through the bag to coat evenly.
4. In a shallow dish, combine the almond flour, parmesan cheese, paprika and Italian seasoning. Mix well, then dip each cauliflower to completely coat on all sides.
5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F/200°C.
6. Arrange half of the cauliflower florets into your air fryer basket without overlapping.
7. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of your florets, so if they're smaller, check the tenderness after 12 minutes by inserting a knife in the center. I like cauliflower with a bit of crunch to the bite, so for this particular size, I air-fried it for 15 minutes.
8. Repeat with the second batch of cauliflower.
9. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk all the bang bang sauce ingredients.
10. As soon as all the cauliflower is done cooking, transfer to the bang bang sauce and toss to coat.
