Sweet and tangy at the same time, you can tweak the ingredients for a signature flavor all your own!

Honey Mustard Sauce

mayonnaise

½ Tablespoons yellow mustard

½ Tablespoons honey

garlic powder (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

This beer cheese dip is easy to make and goes great with soft pretzels! Keep refrigerated and enjoy up to 1 week.  Best served room temperature or just warm.

Beer Cheese (Soft Pretzel Cheese Dip/Spread)

unsalted butter

Tbsp all purpose flour

garlic (pressed)

light lager beer *See Note below (room temperature is ideal)

tsp fine ground sea salt

tsp fine ground black pepper

tsp sweet paprika ((Optional))

Tbsp sugar (white granulated)

Tbsp dijon mustard

Worcestershire

hot sauce (Tabasco

sharp cheddar cheese (grated)

heavy cream or half & half

Melt butter in a medium sauce pot over medium heat.

Wisk in flour and sauté about 1 minute (Do not walk away).

Stir in garlic and sauté 1 more minute, stirring constantly.

Whisk in beer slowly, a couple Tbsp&#39;s at a time, after it&#39;s all in simmer another 3 minutes.

Then whisk in salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire, and hot sauce. Continue simmering another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce begins to thicken.

Now, add the cheese, a little bit at a time and continue to simmer about another 4 minutes, stir until smooth and thickened up a bit.

Finally, whisk in heavy cream and adjust salt and pepper if need be.

Let cool the cheese cool to room temperature.  I think it&#39;s best served at room temperature or slightly warm.

sharp cheddar (100 grams)

grated Gruyere (or sharp cheddar, 100 grams)

Parmesan

salt and pepper (to taste)

Add the butter into a medium saucepan.

When the butter is melted and bubbling add the flour. Whisk until combined.

Gradually add the beer, whisking constantly, until combined. Cook for a minute over low heat.

Add the milk and spices: onion and garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and cayenne. Cook over medium-low heat for a minute, whisking from time to time. Reduce the heat to low.

Add shredded cheese in 2 additions, whisking after each addition until the cheese is melted.

When all the cheese has been incorporated, season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

Leave to cool and thicken (about 5-10 minutes), then enjoy!

Ounces Cream Cheese ((softened))

Mayonnaise

Dijon Mustard

Worcestershire Sauce

Teaspoon Horseradish

Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese ((finely shredded))

Slices Bacon ((cooked and crumbled))

Green Onions (Sliced)

In a medium sized mixing bowl blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, worcestershire, and horseradish until smooth.

Stir in cheddar cheese, bacon, and onions; reserving some for garnish if desired.

Sharp Cheddar Cheese Brick, grated.

Whipped Cream Cheese

Ranch Dressing Seasoning Packet

tbsp Sour Cream

Green Onions, diced.

Grate the brick of cheese.

Add the cream cheese, grated cheddar cheese, Ranch seasoning, Dijon mustard, and sour cream to a mixing bowl. Mix until incorporated.

Fold in the diced green onions.

If you plan on serving the dip COLD, allow it to chill in the refrigerator for two hours or overnight. If you want to serve it WARM, heat it until the cheddar cheese melts and stir it well. You can also place the dip in a crockpot to warm on low for a party or gathering.

Really Good Pretzel Dip

cheddar cheese (grated)

cream cheese (softened)

(1 packet) ranch seasoning mix

sour cream

green onions (diced (plus more for garnish))

Pretzels (for serving)

In a large bowl, combine the grated cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and green onions. Mix with a spatula or wooden spoon until well incorporated.

For a Cold Dip: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight for the best flavor.

For a Warm Dip: Transfer the mixture to a shallow baking dish and bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the top turns golden.

Finally, garnish with additional diced green onions and serve with pretzels.
