Greek Yogurt Pizza Dough

½ Cup Greek Yogurt (Plain Whole Milk (Look for High Protein))

¾ Cup Self Rising Flour

Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

Tablespoon Olive Oil (*Optional for crisp)

¼ Cup Pizza Sauce

¼ Cup Pizza Cheese

Pepperoni (*Optional)

Mix together all of your Pizza Dough ingredients until it starts to clump up

Use your hands once it clumps up (it shouldn&#39;t be sticky) to thoroughly combine everything by kneading it

Let your dough rest for a few minutes

Put your dough onto a lightly floured piece of parchment paper and press or roll it out into your pizza shape (make it or thin)

Bake your dough on 450F/232C for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned

Add your Pizza Toppings on starting with your Pizza Sauce then your Pizza Cheese and optional Pepperoni

Put it back into the oven on 450F/232C for around 10-12 minutes

Protein Pizza Recipe

eggs

whey protein powder

coconut flour

pizza seasoning (or Italian seasoning)

Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line two 9-inch round baking pans with parchment paper. Grease the parchment.

In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, protein powder, coconut flour, and pizza seasoning. Blend until smooth.

Divide the mixture evenly between the two pans, spreading to the edges. Shake the pans gently to even them out as much as possible.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crusts are firm to the touch. Remove and let cool at least 10 minutes.

Once cooled, carefully peel the crusts from the parchment paper. Lightly grease a baking sheet and place the crusts upside down on the baking sheet.

Add your favorite pizza toppings. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 to 12 minutes.

I don't see why not as a little goes a long way for flavor. Maybe even Nutritional Yeast would be good too!

¼ Cup Mozzarella Cheese

Mix together your Cottage Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, and Italian Seasoning

Coat both sides of your Bread with Cooking Spray and toast them until crispy

No toaster? Put them into a pan with some oil over medium heat or into the stove on 400F/204C after brushing or spraying both sides with Olive Oil or Cooking Spray

Evenly distribute your Pizza Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, and optional Pepperoni over the top of your toasted Bread

Put them into the oven on 400F/204C for around 10-12 minutes or until your cheese melts

Hi! I need low carb and gluten free. I've been using your egg white wraps to make pizza. I toast them in the oven or pan on stove works great too. Just toast to your crispy liking. Then top them etc. But I haven't tried them with cottage cheese. That sounds yummy!  Thanks for the recipe.

These Quinoa Biscuits are high-protein savory scones packed with 7 grams of protein made with minimal ingredients. They are natural egg-free, dairy-free, and perfect for using leftover quinoa.

Quinoa Biscuits

Self-Rising Flour ((note 1))

Dairy-Free Yogurt ((note 2))

Quinoa (cooled)

Olive Oil ((note 3))

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Italian Herbs ((note 4))

Spinach (finely chopped)

Sundried Tomatoes (not stored in oil, finely chopped (note 5))

Salt

Shredded Vegan Cheese (or 1/4 cup nutritional yeast)

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly oil the paper with olive oil. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, add cooled, cooked quinoa, yogurt, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, Italian herbs, and finely chopped spinach and sundried tomatoes. If you want to add cheese, add it now.

Combine everything together until it forms a wet mixture.

Stir in self-rising flour, and stir with a rubber spatula until it forms a sticky dough.

If too wet add a little more flour but keep in mind that the dough should stay a bit moist. Rub your hands with olive oil and rub the dough with oil too so it gets less sticky.

Divide into 8 even portions by hands and place each piece on the prepared baking sheet. Rub each piece with a little olive oil so the outside crisp in the oven.

Bake the biscuits for 20-25 minutes at 400°F (200°C) until golden brown.

Let them cool down for a few minutes before serving.

So...I didn't have savory stuff. Nor did I have quinoa or yogurt
I had 2 over ripe plantains, craisins, dates, sesame seeds, protein powder and an egg.

These are delicious and super easy to make!  I used whole food's almondmilk yogurt and added vegan mozz shreds.  Will be making again!

Love this idea of using leftover quinoa and greens.. I loosely followed the measurements and used a mixture of oat flour, chickpea flour and whole wheat flour. I also reduced the olive oil since my yogurt was from coconuts. Also added flax meal and psyllium husk to bind it. For seasoning I did everything but the bagel seasoning, dried dill and Italian seasoning. Great vegan savory breakfast! Thank you.

These are absolutely delicious! I used the oil from the sun-dried tomato’s rocket instead of spinach, they’re so light and fluffy!!
