Deliciously creamy and ready to go in just a few short minutes!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie Bowl

plant-based milk (soy, almond, etc)

banana

chocolate protein powder

peanut flour or peanut butter*

Add all ingredients except ice to the pitcher of a blender in the order listed. I start with about 2/3 cup milk, blend and add more liquid as needed. I also use a combination of plant-based milk and water. Blend, scrape sides of blender, add a little more liquid and blend again.

Add about 1 cup ice before adding more liquid. Blend again and then add additional liquid, as needed, about 1 to 2 tablespoons at a time. Be careful not to go overboard! Blend extra liquid in and until smooth and of desired consistency.

Transfer blended mixture to a large bowl and add all of your favorite toppings. Enjoy!

I haven't tried smoothie bowls yet, but they seem like they would be really good, especially this one! Gonna have to get around to trying one one of these days!

Chocolate and peanut butter together are amazing!  One of the best combinations ever.  Love those little Foodie Fuel packs will sure come in handy.  Perfect pre-workout snack!

All you need to make this Protein Berry Smoothie Bowl is ice, frozen berries and banana, your favorite protein powder, almond milk, and your favorite toppings!

Protein Berry Smoothie Bowl

blueberries

strawberries

vanilla or chocolate protein powder

almond milk

salt

Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Avoid adding extra almond milk to help keep the consistency as thick as possible.

Add the smoothie base to a bowl and add the toppings of your choice. A few of our favorite toppings include fresh berries, sliced bananas, homemade coconut granola, sliced almonds, coconut, nut butter, honey, and chia seeds.

I've never made a smoothie bowl before this, and now I'm addicted! The almond butter and dark chocolate bit are the perfect duo to top the bowl off. I actually look forward to breakfast now :)
