Add all the ingredients to a blender, and grate in the lemon zest.

Blend. Done!

This is a really good smoothie!!! Ive never had cottage cheese and definitely never had cottage cheese in smoothies but I had a tub of it in my fridge and wasnt sure how to use it (was avoiding it tbh lol). Glad I can use it for something! I also added one scoop vanilla protein powder to up the protein even more. I think I'll add some spinach too next time. Thanks!

G reat smoothie! Here's one I invented that I just love.  Feel free to use it!  
1 scoop Quest chocolate protein powder, 
1/2 cup blueberries, 
a handful of salad greens, 
1 cup almond milk, 
1 tsp. instant coffee, 
1 tsp. cocoa powder, 
dash vanilla, dash cinnamon, 4 ice cubes.        Blend.           Less than 200 calories.
