The instant pudding mix I used for this recipe. You can use other brands which are available at your place.

In a large bowl, add room-temperature butter and sugar and cream well. I used a hand mixer to cream the butter and sugar mixture.

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 3: Beat in the dry strawberry pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined and the dough is a uniform pink.

Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.

Step 5: Fold in the white chocolate chips by hand.

Step 6: Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.

Step 7: Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set. Allow to cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
