Guilt Free Pumpkin Latte, made with real pumpkin and not nearly as sweet as a Pumpkin Spice Latte

Pumpkin Latte Recipe

4-5 oz Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)

shots Espresso (or concentrated, brewed coffee)

pumpkin

cinnamon

pumpkin spice

Pour Two Shots of Espresso or Brew Strong Concentrated Coffee. Set Aside

In the frothing pitcher add 4-5 oz milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, sprinkle of cinnamon, and sprinkle of pumpkin spice. Stir until mixed.

Froth the contents you just mixed. TIP: I froth for approximately 58 seconds or until it starts to bubble or overflow, whichever comes first.

Pour espresso into mug of choice

Pour frothed ingredients into mug over espresso

Sprinkle with additional pumpkin spice on top

Pumpkin Latte Recipe with Real Pumpkin!

This delicious Pumpkin Coconut Latte is a tasty and healthy way to start your morning. Move over Starbucks Pumpkin Latte, I'll take this healthy version any day!

Healthy Pumpkin Coconut Latte

mug of strong brewed coffee (about 1 ½ cups)

pumpkin puree

coconut oil

½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

vanilla

maple syrup

Place all the ingredients together in a blender (a magic bullet works great for this job!) and blend for 30 seconds.
