A delicious homemade ranch dressing mix. Simple to make, contains no MSG and is perfect in dressings and dips!

Homemade Ranch Seasoning (Dressing Mix)

buttermilk powder

parsley

dill

onion powder

onion flakes

garlic powder

salt

pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in an airtight container and store up to 6 months.

Add 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream and 3/4 cup milk. Stir until well combined and refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving.

To Make Dressing

Combine 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix, with 1/2 cup mayonnaise &amp; 1/2 cup sour cream. Add up to 1/2 cup milk to reach desired consistency. Stir will and refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving.

To Make Dip

Use 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix in place of 1 packet of ranch mix.

Ingredients needed for chicken casserole

First, preheat your oven to 180 Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit. Prepare all of your ingredients, such as pre-cooked chicken, broccoli, cheese and crumbled bacon cut into small pieces or bacon bits. Ranch dressing is made using our recipe as it contains the least carbohydrates you can have.

Into a casserole of your choice, add the broccoli as the base.

Chicken

Onto the broccoli, spread chicken pieces.

Bacon

Ranch dressing

Add half of the ranch dressing and spread it all over the casserole.

Repeat

Depending on the depth of your casserole, you can repeat the steps again. 

Shredded cheese and bake

On top of the casserole, lay all of your shredded cheese and place it into the oven for 30 minutes.

Crispy Parmesan Ranch Potatoes

baby red potatoes,

olive oil

tbsp butter

ranch seasoning mix

parmesan cheese

tsp black ground pepper

Add potatoes to a large bowl, then add the next 5 ingredients. Toss potatoes until well coated.

Place potatoes on prepared sheet pan flesh side down, making sure some of the parmesan mixture is trapped under them. It doesn&#39;t have to be perfect. Some of the mixture will set loosely on the pan and that&#39;s what you want.

Roast in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until fork tender and crisp. No need to flip or toss half way through. Garnish with parsley or chives and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a large sheet pan with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.

Baked Ranch Chicken and Potatoes

4-5 large boneless skinless chicken thighs or 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts

bacon

butter

Reduced-fat cheddar cheese (optional)

green onions (optional)

half & half or heavy cream

sour cream

paprika

tsp salt

tsp pepper

Combine all the Ranch Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Add sliced onions in single layer to prepared baking dish.

Scatter potatoes over the top of the onions. Do not stir together.

Place chicken thighs or breasts on top of potatoes, nestling them down a bit so the chicken is level with potatoes.

Evenly place bacon pieces over the top of the chicken and potatoes, then dot with butter.

Pour sauce evenly over the top of everything. It won&#39;t seem like enough but it is. Trust me!

Cover tightly with foil and place in preheated oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft and chicken is cooked through to 165°.

Remove foil and add cheese if desired and cook another 10 minutes. Top with sliced green onions and serve!

Preheat oven to 350°F

I did not have any having whipping cream on hand nor did I have sour cream. So I substituted regular milk for the whipping cream and mayonnaise for the sour cream. And it turned out great.
