Seasoned Oyster Crackers

9 oz packages of oyster crackers

oz package ranch dressing dry mix

tsp each: dried dill weed, garlic powder, and celery salt

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees

In a bowl whisk together the oil, ranch dressing mix, and seasonings.&nbsp;Pour over the oyster crackers in a large bowl. Toss and stir well to coat all the crackers.&nbsp;

Bake for 10 minutes. Give the crackers a toss about half way thru the baking time.

Let cool for 15 minutes before eating.

This recipe has been passed down and makes the best ranch oyster crackers! Serve them as a snack or to top a bowl of warm soup.

vegetable oil

(1-oz.) packet ranch seasoning (equal to 2 tablespoons)

garlic powder

parsley

smoked paprika

Preheat oven to 250° F.

In a small bowl, combine oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, parsley, dill, and paprika. Transfer it to a gallon freezer bag and add the crackers. Seal, and gently toss to coat.

Distribute in an even layer on a ½ sheet pan. Bake at 250 for 15 minutes. Remove and gently toss to coat. Bake for 10 more minutes. Let cool (at least slightly) prior to serving.
