I LOVE chia pudding! And what can be easier than throwing a few chia seeds into a mason jar with fresh fruit berries and almond milk and giving it a good shake!

Superfood Triple Berry Chia Pudding

unsweetened almond/coconut milk beverage (used Almond Breeze)

blueberries

tbsp chia seeds

Nu-Naturals liquid stevia (or sugar/honey to taste)

Combine the Almond Breeze almond-coconut milk together with the chia seeds and fruit in a glass jar with a lid.

Cover and shake well, set aside for 15 minutes.

Give it another good shake then refrigerate overnight or at least 5-6 hours.

Divide into 2 bowls or glass serving dishes and serve.

Enjoy!

Raspberry chia pudding made with fresh raspberries and creamy Greek yogurt chia pudding. Perfect for breakfast, dessert or as a snack.

Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding

raspberries

Tablespoons chia seeds

milk (I like almond

plain Greek yogurt

maple syrup

lemon juice

vanilla

Tablespoons granola (crushed + more for topping)

Stir together almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, lemon juice and vanilla. Let sit for 5 minutes then stir the mixture again to get out any clumps that may have formed. Place mixture in the fridge to set, at least 30 minutes but up to 12 hours.

While chia pudding is setting, mash raspberries in a small bowl using a fork and crush granola. To crush the granola, place it in a plastic bag and use the bottom of a jar to press/lightly pound on the granola and crush it until it resembled graham cracker crumbs.

Once chia pudding has set, grab a glass jar and add your crushed granola. Top granola with half of the chia pudding, then add the mashed raspberries. Finish with the remaining chia pudding. Top with a few raspberries and additional granola if desired and enjoy!

Chia pudding should last 3-4 days in the fridge (depending on the freshness of the berries you used).

Enjoy this healthy Raspberry Chia Pudding for breakfast, snack or a healthy dessert!

almond milk or coconut milk

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

cup chia seeds

Blend the raspberries, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract together in a blender until smooth. 

Pour into a bowl then add the chia seeds and whisk together until well combined. 

Place in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour, or overnight. 

Such a great classic recipe! I love making this recipe for guests because it turns out with such a beautiful color!

So quick and easy to make! Just made it and modified a bit and put in fridge to have tomorrow! 
I added protein powder to the raspberry milk, modified for honey, and didn't add any extract since my protein powder is coconut flavored!

Loving it! I bought a buncha raspberries earlier this week and a bunch were mushy so I came straight here and typed 'raspberry' to see if there was anything I could do with my perfectly-good-but-unpleasant-to-eat berries.

I have been making a double batch every 3 days or so for weeks. Raspberry season is over but lots in the freezer. We opt for the full fat coconut milk.  Picked up some earth's choice coconut milk - I have been converted over. A little more pricey but deeelissshhhh. A local yogurt maker has an orange cardamom flavour and it just puts this whole thing over the top. Trying the Tiramisu one this weekend. Very excited.
