Line a 9&#215;9 pan with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray, set aside.

In a large pot over low heat melt butter. Once butter s melted add in 8 cups mini marshmallows, stirring constantly.

Once the marshmallows are just melted remove from heat and stir in your cereal and salt until just coated in marshmallow mixture. Now stir in the remaining 2 cups of mini marshmallows.

Pour mixture into prepared pan and press in evenly.

Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Grease an 8×8×2-inch pan with cooking spray or softened butter. Line with parchment paper leaving a few inches of overhang.

Melt butter over medium heat in a large pot or Dutch oven. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until combined.

Add the bag of marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

Carefully stir in the vanilla, cereal, and the remaining cup of marshmallows.

Transfer the cereal mixture to the prepared pan and press down gently. Be careful to to overpack the cereal.

Refrigerate treats for 1 to 2 hours, until cool and set. Cut into 16 squares and serve.

Line a 9-inch (22 cm) square pan with 2 sheets of parchment paper and sprinkle the sugar over the bottom of the pan.

In a large nonstick pot, combine the butter, brown sugar, heavy cream, and 1½ teaspoons of flaky salt. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring until the mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a spatula.

Reduce the heat to low and add the mini marshmallows. Stir until the marshmallows are completely melted, then remove the pot from the heat.

Add the rice cereal to the pot and stir to combine. Let cool slightly.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press into an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining ½ teaspoon of flaky salt on top.

Let set at room temperature for 1 hour, or in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut into 9 bars, then serve.

Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray or grease with a stick of butter.

Melt butter in a large stainless steel pan over medium-low heat. Continue to cook the butter, swirling the pan occasionally. It should become foamy and crack and pop audibly. When the crackling stops, continue to swirl the pan until the butter develops a nutty aroma and brown bits start to form at the bottom. Once the bits are amber in color, 2 to 3 minutes after the popping stops, add the vanilla, marshmallows, and salt to the pan. Reducing the heat to low, stir constantly until the marshmallows are completely melted. Remove from heat.

Add the rice cereal and stir with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon until the cereal is evenly coated. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan, pressing the mixture gently with your spatula, wooden spoon, or damp fingers into an even layer. Don’t be too aggressive pressing the mixture into the pan. You want to be firm enough to bind the mixture together, but not so firm that you compress it super solidly. The more tightly you pack it in, the more solid the end result will be once set. Be a little gentle so they stay chewy once set.

Allow to cool to room temperature, about 1 hour. Cut into 12 squares before serving. Squares can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.

Grease a 8x8” or 9x9&quot; square pan, set aside.

Melt butter in a large, deep sauce pot (5 quarts) over low heat.

Once butter is mostly melted, add marshmallows and stir until smooth (this takes about 3-6 minutes).

Once butter/marshmallow mixture is smooth remove the pan from the heat,  add vanilla extract and stir to combine.

Add crispy rice cereal and sea salt  to the large pot with the marshmallow mixture and mix until combined. (If desired, at this point you can add mix-ins like sprinkles M&amp;Ms, etc.)

Quickly pour the rice crispy treat mixture into the prepared pan.

Use a greased spatula or greased hands to gently press the rice crispy treat mixture into the pan until the top is level.

If desired, at this point you can add sprinkles, chocolate chips, etc. to the top. Just be sure to gently press them onto the top of the rice crispy treats.

Allow the rice crispy treats to sit at room temperature until cooled, about 1 hour.

Cut into 9 or 16 squares and serve!
