Arugula Pear Salad

extra virgin olive oil

tbsp balsamic vinegar

dijon mustard

garlic garlic

tsp sea salt

tsp black pepper

onion

cranberries

arugula leaves

parmesan

lg bosc pear (*thinly sliced)

Candied Walnuts (*or Maple Glazed Pecans)

In a large mixing bowl whisk together olive oil and balsamic and then remaining vinaigrette ingredients.

Add in ingredients for the salad and toss well.
