If you love the classic chicken Cobb salad, you’ll adore these Chicken Cobb Salad Wraps! All of your favorite Cobb salad flavors - chicken, blue cheese, bacon, eggs, and more - wrapped up in a tortilla for a tasty lunch or dinner.

Chicken Cobb Salad Wraps

(12-inch) flour tortillas

blue cheese dressing

lettuce

oz cooked, shredded chicken

tomato,

hard boiled eggs, chopped

bacon,

blue cheese

Lay the tortillas on a work surface. Divide the blue cheese dressing between the tortillas and spread on to within an inch of the edges.

On each tortilla, layer 1/4 of the lettuce, chicken, tomato, chopped eggs, bacon and blue cheese.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly. Cut in half to serve, if desired.
