Make delicious salmon with almonds in an air fryer for a quick and easy seafood dinner.

Air Fryer Salmon Almondine

salmon (or 1 pound slab)

lemon pepper seasoning

butter

almonds

lemon juice

onions

Lemon Juice

Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.

Pat dry your salmon and season it with lemon pepper seasoning.

Place the salmon in the air fryer, making sure to not overcrowd it.

Cook for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not flip the salmon at the halfway point.

While the fish is cooking, place the butter in a small skillet over medium heat.

Add in the almonds and allow them to cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes.

Remove the salmon from the air fryer and drizzle with the lemon juice.

Sprinkle the browned almonds and green onions on top and enjoy.

It looks like you may be using a Gourmia brand air fryer?  (I LOVE the ONE BASKET feature.)  If so, I set mine at 390º for 7-8 minutes for the salmon I get at Costco.  Always turns out perfect.  I'm sure the same applies if you set the temp lower and 'up' the time, as you recommend.  

It took me a long time before I "sprung" for this latest kitchen gadget, even though I'm a kitchen gadget fanatic.  But, so glad I did.  I use it all the time.  Never imagined THAT would be the case.
