This creamy smoked salmon and prawn pasta recipe is a perfect Friday night dinner. 

Salmon Linguine with Prawns

300 g (11 ounces) linguine

olive oil

garlic cloves, crushed

mL (3 ½ fl oz) white wine

300 mL (10 fl oz (½ pint)) crème fraîche

lemon

150 g (5 ounces) cooked king prawns

parsley, roughly chopped

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°fan) mark 4. Season the salmon fillets, put on&nbsp; a baking sheet and roast for 15-20min until just cooked. Flake the salmon and set aside.

In a large pan, cook the pasta in salted water according to pack instructions,&nbsp; then drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, heat the oil and gently fry the garlic for 1min.&nbsp; Pour in the white wine and simmer for 5min before stirring in crème fraîche and&nbsp; lemon juice; bubble for 3min to reduce a little.
