cheddar cheese (grated (about 2 ounces))

Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F). If using a fan oven then preheat to 200°C (390°F).

Get a large mixing bowl, and crack 12 eggs. Be careful not to get any egg peel in the bowl.

Whisk the eggs until blended, whisk in milk, and season with salt and pepper.

Lightly grease a sheet pan with non-stick oil or brush over some vegetable oil.

Pour the egg mixture in the sheet pan, and add your toppings (mushroom, red bell pepper, tomato, onion, green onion, and cheddar cheese)

Pop in the oven on the lower rack, and bake for 15-20 minutes. The baking time may vary depending on what size of sheet pan you&#039;re using, and how many toppings you&#039;ve added but the center should set and no longer be jiggly which means that the eggs are done.

Cut into 12 squares, and serve.

Turn a few eggs and some veggies into the perfect meal to feed a crowd! These baked eggs with bell peppers and onions takes one sheet pan and comes together in 20 minutes! Change up the vegetables to use up what you have on hand, or to use in-season veggies. I used classic Mediterranean spices (za&#39;atar, cumin, and Aleppo pepper), but season your sheet pan breakfast any way you like! Delicious served on its own, or with some crusty bread to sop up the egg yolk.

Easy Sheet Pan Baked Eggs and Vegetables

green bell pepper, (cored and thinly sliced)

orange bell pepper, (cored and thinly sliced)

red bell pepper, (cored and thinly sliced)

red onion, (halved then thinly sliced)

Kosher salt and black pepper

Spices of your choice,

Extra virgin olive oil,

Chopped fresh parsley, (a large handful)

Roma tomato, (diced)

Crumbled feta, (a small bit to your liking (optional))

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Place sliced bell peppers (all colors) in a large mixing bowl. Add red onions. Season with kosher salt and pepper, 1 tsp za'atar, 1 tsp cumin and 1 tsp Aleppo chili pepper (keep the remaining za'atar for later). Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Toss to coat.

Transfer the pepper and onion medley to a large sheet pan. Spread in one layer. Bake in heated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

Remove pan from oven briefly. Carefully make 6 "holes" or openings among the roasted veggies. Carefully crack each egg into a hole, keeping the  yoke intact (it helps to crack the egg in a small dish to slide carefully into each hole.)

Return pan to oven and bake until the egg whites settle. Watch the yokes to see them turn to the doness you like (anywhere from 5 to 8 minutes).

Remove from oven. Season eggs to your liking. Sprinkle remaining 1 tsp za'atar all over. Add parsley, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of feta. Serve immediately!

This delicious sheet pan eggs recipe is a time-saving breakfast idea. The blend of bacon, vegetables, and creamy eggs is sure to please.

Sheet Pan Eggs with Bacon and Vegetables

cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)

broccoli florets (optional)

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Line a sheet pan with a silicone mat or aluminum foil.

Separate the slices of bacon and arrange them evenly spaced lengthwise on the prepared sheet pan.

Bake the bacon for 20 minutes, until cooked but pliable.

Remove the pan from the oven and arrange the cooked bacon into a square on the center of the baking sheet. The bacon should lie flat and not overlap other pieces to form a square in the middle of the pan.

Fill the bacon square with spinach leaves. Then make 4 holes in each corner of the spinach with your fingers.

Crack 1 egg into each spinach hole.

Sprinkle the tomato halves around the edges of the baking sheet in the unused areas.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the eggs have reached desired doneness.

Sheet Pan Egg Breakfast Sandwiches

English muffins

Bacon, Canadian bacon, or ham

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a half sheet pan (13x18 inches) with butter or nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk together until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and pour into prepared sheet pan.

Bake until cooked through, about 12 minutes. You want eggs to be set but not overcooked, so some liquid is okay.

Remove from oven and top with cheese. Return to oven just until cheese has melted, about 3 minutes.

Sprinkle lightly with salt once more and let eggs cool a few minutes. Slice into 12 even squares.

If freezing, wrap each square in plastic wrap and freeze. To reheat, remove from plastic and microwave 1 minute.

To serve, add egg to a toasted English muffin with bacon, Canadian bacon, or ham and enjoy!
