Shish Kabob with the best beef shish kabob marinade. This Middle Eastern beef kebab recipe has been in the family for so long, I've made it several times and I never failed to impress.

Beef Shish Kabob

beef

soy sauce

oil- preferably olive oil.

plain yogurt.

Worcestershire sauce.

Tablespoons white vinegar (Note1)

lemon juice (Note1)

garlic

Tablespoon yellow mustard

black peppers

cardamom.

ground cinnamon.

bell peppers

onions (I

mushroom caps

Cherry tomatoes

Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a zip lock bag, take 1/2 to 3/4 cup of the marinade and set aside.

Add the cubed meat to the bag and coat well. Squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag then marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Add the veggies to the other bag with 1/2 to 3/4 of the marinade and set aside for an hour.

Thread meat pieces into metal or bamboo skewers, grill until cooked. For oven baked see notes section below.

Thread veggies on separate skewers and grill.

Shish Kabob, skewers of beef and vegetables, are the most interesting grilled meat recipe for my family, and many others. Although it is easy to make, it needs to be done just right. Here is a foolproof recipe with tips and step-by-step tutorial to get perfectly cooked vegetables and meat every time.

SHISH KABOB RECIPE : WITH THE BEST MARINADE EVER (New)

This beef shish kabob is going to be the ultimate summer grilling recipe with juicy tender sirloin steak soaked in the best beef marinade! Watch the video below to see how I make them.

¼ cup low-sodium tamari soy sauce

balsamic vinegar

extra virgin olive oil

Worcestershire sauce

salt

black pepper

sirloin steak (cubed)

onion

baby bell mushrooms (halved)

Stir

Make marinade. Add all of the marinade ingredients to a mixing bowl, then stir to combine.

Marinate

Marinate steak. Add the steak pieces to the marinade. Stir to coat. Cover the bowl and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour, and up to 24 hours.

Thread

Thread skewers. Thread the beef, onions, and peppers onto skewers. You can alternate the order of ingredients on the skewers. Season each shish kabob with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.

Grill

Grill. Heat an outdoor or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the shish kabobs on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until nicely browned throughout, about 15 minutes.

Rest

Rest. Allow skewers to rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

I just Always remove white membrane from my bell peppers because it tends to be bitter

This recipe was very easy but yet the most delicious and juicy beef kabob!! My three kids, all teens, said this was the best kabob they've ever had!!! Can't wait to make it again!!
