whipping cream (120 ml/ 4 fl oz)

Perfect Scrambled Eggs

unsalted butter

eggs

salt

pepper

Crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk together until very well combined. Add salt and pepper. (Start with about 1/4 teaspoon salt.)

Put a medium-sized nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Swirl the butter around until melted completely, then reduce the heat to medium low. Add the eggs. Use a spatula to stir the eggs around the pan. It may take a few minutes before the eggs start to form curds. Use the spatula to push and fold the eggs over on themselves, being sure to push the liquidy parts of the egg to make contact with the skillet. Stir frequently. Once the eggs are mainly set but still wet, remove the pan from the heat. Then continue to stir until they are done to your liking*. Serve immediately.

It's kind of impressive with that gold leaf don't you think? It's also extremely delicious so be warned Stopping at one piece can be quite challenging

I love trying new soups that my husband makes. We ate the creamy vegetable soup at Dollys stampede and we love it. So we have been trying to make it at home. These recipes will be an amazing start. Thank you so much.

I am fortunate that I live only 30 miles from Branson, which makes it very easy for me to visit Dolly's Stampede, which I have done many times. The food and the show are top notch! I found and purchased her Dixie Fixin's cookbook in the gift shop, and have cooked many of her home style recipes. This soup is one of my favorites!

One of the show's performers is a friend of my husband, and she told him that she would love to take us both on a personal behind-the-scenes tour of the venue, including getting up front and personal with their beautiful horses. Dream come true!!!

This sounds wonderful! I will be making this this weekend!
