Super Simple Charcuterie Board

Gruyere Cheese (or other hard cheese)

Brie Cheese (or other soft-rind cheese)

Olives (I use Castelvetrano)

Calabrian Pepper Spread (or other spread)

Peach Jam (or other variety)

Italian Dry Salami (thinly sliced)

Prosciutto Di Parma (thinly sliced)

Blueberries

Water Crackers (or other variety)

Golden Raisins

Smoked Almonds (or other nuts)

Place GRUYERE CHEESE and BRIE CHEESE on the board. Place OLIVES, SPREAD, and JAM in small bowls on the board.

Add SALAMI (rose optional) and ribbon-folded PROSCIUTTO to the board, adjusting other items as needed.

Add BLUEBERRIES and CRACKERS.

Fill in any empty spaces with GOLDEN RAISINS and ALMONDS.

Serve charcuterie board at room temperature with serving utensils.Pro tip: Allow cheeses to rest at room temperature about 30 minutes before serving to bring out their full flavor.

Simple Charcuterie Board

These Simple Charcuterie Board ideas make it so easy to put together a perfect board &amp; still feature a huge variety of options. 

Cheese Ideas: Brie, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Gouda, Colby Jack, etc.

Meat Ideas: 1 package of thinly sliced salami for the Salami Rose, Pepperoni, Prosciutto

Serving bowl Ideas: Pepper jelly, Pimento Cheese, Olives, Honey

Crackers: Variety Pack of Crackers, Triscuits, Asiago Cheese Crisps, Pretzels

Nuts: Pistachios, Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews

Fruits: Whatever is

Sweets ideas: Chocolate Covered pretzels, broken apart candy bar, small brownies or cookies, etc.

Organize the meats and cheeses on the board, spreading them out a bit. You don't want all the meat in one area and all the cheese in another. Give them some space.

For the meat, I love doing a Salami rose (or two). 

Add any little bowls of olives or honey, for example, onto the board.

Next, work in the crackers. (Crackers you can always serve on the side too, if you are running out of room. They also have less possibility of getting soggy this way.)
