I have been making this chicken for about three years now.  The marinade is so delicious.  Also,  the bread gets a little charred  and crispy on the grill.  This recipe is simple ingredients and wonderful flavors.

Do you prefer mushrooms as a side dish or a main dish?

These were AMAZING. I saved the leftover marinade and reduced it to a glaze on medium heat to dip the mushrooms in for extra balsamic goodness.
