Hash browns, sausage, cheese, eggs, milk, dry mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. This is a great recipe for overnight guests, holiday mornings, hectic weekday mornings, potlucks, or even dinner. Whip up some biscuits, grits, or fruit, and enjoy!

Slow Cooker Breakfast Casserole

(32-oz) bag frozen shredded hashbrowns

sausage,

cheddar cheese

eggs

milk

dry mustard

garlic powder

onion powder

salt and pepper, (to taste)

In a 6-quart slow cooker, spread half of the frozen hashbrowns in the bottom.  Top with half the sausage and half the cheese.  Repeat layers.

Whisk together eggs, milk, dry mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.  Pour over the hashbrown mixture.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until set.
