This delicious treat has a cookie dough layer topped with Oreos and crowned with a fantastic brownie layer. Super-indulgent and totally delicious!

Slutty Brownies

unsalted butter (softened, 226 grams)

brown sugar (150 grams)

sugar (100 grams)

vanilla extract (10 milliliters)

all-purpose flour (240 grams)

¼ tsp. kosher salt

baking powder

baking soda

chocolate chips

oats

chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos)

unsalted butter (melted)

brown sugar (100 grams)

cocoa powder (65 grams)

all-purpose flour (60 grams)

espresso powder

kosher salt

eggs

Using a stand or hand mixer, beat butter and sugars in a bowl until creamy, about 2 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.

In a separate bowl, stir together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, beating on low speed until just combined.

Fold in both chocolates and oats until just combined (do not overbeat).

Divide dough in half; spread half of dough in an even layer in the bottom of a foil-lined, greased 9x9-inch baking pan. Set pan aside while making brownie layer.

Refrigerate remaining dough for 15 minutes; reserve for additional cookies (see note below).

Make the Cookie Dough:

Place the Oreos on top of the cookie dough layer; breaking cookies to fit, as needed.

Make the Cookie Layer:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix the cocoa powder, flour, espresso powder, and baking powder in a bowl then set aside.

In a medium bowl, beat together melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Mix very well as this step gives you that nice brownie top.

Sift the dry mixture into the butter mixture; stir until no streaks remain then fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour brownie batter over Oreo layer; gently smooth top with an offset spatula.

Bake at 350° until a wooden pick inserted comes out mostly clean, 35 to 40 minutes.

For best slicing results, let cool completely, about 2 hours.

Using foil as handles, lift brownies from pan. Discard foil; cut brownies into desired shapes.

Store in an airtight container up to 3 days, or refrigerate up to 1 week, if you can resist them that long!

In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter over medium high heat. Add the sugar and cocoa powder once the butter is melted. Whisk to combine and remove from heat. Add the salt, vanilla and eggs and continuously whisk until the eggs are combined. Add the flour and continue to mix. Set batter aside.

For the Brownie layer:

Cream together the butter and sugars in a mixer. Add the egg and vanilla, making sure to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl. Add the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder and mix on low until everything is incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips. Set dough aside.

For the Cookie Dough layer:

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Line the bottom of a 9x9 baking pan with tin foil and then spray the tin foil with a layer of baking spray.

Layer the cookie dough on the bottom of a 9x9 baking pan, pressing down to form the bottom of the slutty brownies.

Layer as many oreos that will fit on top of the cookie dough. No need to overlap. One single layer will do.

Pour the brownie batter on top of the oreo layer and make sure it's evenly layers on top.

Bake for 30-40 minutes. Test with a knife to see if the center is done. If the knife comes out clean, let the brownies rest for at least 2 hours before serving. If the knife comes out with batter still on it, allow the brownies to bake about 5 minutes more. Slice and serve.

Assembly:

These slutty brownies are the most over-the-top dessert you&#x27;ll ever try. They have a soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie base, a layer of Oreo cookies, and fudgy brownie on top! This recipe is 100% from scratch and definitely the most indulgent brownie recipe around.

Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) degrees.

Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper and leave an overhang around the sides.

Beat together the melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar.

Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.

With the mixer on low speed, beat in the flour and salt.

Turn off the mixer and stir in the chocolate chips using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon.

Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan, and spread smooth with a spatula.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Layer

Place the Oreo cookies on top of the cookie dough pressing them down just slightly. I got 6 rows of 4 cookies.

Oreo Layer

Add the butter and chocolate to a large heatproof bowl. Microwave on medium power for 45 second intervals, stirring between each, until melted.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar.

Whisk the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.

Gently fold in the flour, cocoa powder and salt using rubber spatula or wooden spoon.

Pour the brownie batter over the Oreo cookie layer, and spread the top smooth as needed.

Brownie Batter

Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out dry or with a few damp crumbs. If you notice the top is starting to burn, cover with aluminum foil and continue baking. I first check my brownies at 45 minutes just in case.

Cool the brownies fully (at least 4 hours) before slicing for clean, even cuts.

Store leftovers at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Baking and Cooling

Slutty Brownies Recipe (from scratch)

all purpose flour

Oreo Cookies

brownie mix (prepared as directed (but not baked))

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix together the flour, baking soda and salt in bowl, set aside.

Using a stand mixer, or large bowl with a hand mixer, cream the butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the vanilla and mix.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg.

Reduce speed, and gradually mix in the flour mixture.

Stir in chocolate chips.

COOKIE LAYER

Mix the brownie batter together following the instructions on the box.

BROWNIE LAYER

Grease a 9x13 pan with melted butter or cooking spray. Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the pan, then add the Oreos over the top (as many as you can fit!). Pour the brownie batter over the top and smooth so it is evenly spread

Bake at 350 for 35 -45 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean).

Cool completely, then slice and devour.

These are the best! My family scarfs them down. I have not made them for a while. We love to have them when we are watching our favorite weekly night time soap opera. When that show ended for the season, I stopped making them. I am glad I came across this recipe again!

I made these exactly as the recipe is written but tripled for an office potluck (and some for the husband and kids at home). They were delicious and THE most popular item. Everyone had seconds and wanted to bring home some for their spouses. Decadent, sinful and so easy to make! Thanks so much!

These are fantastic! Due to the previous comments about it not cooking through I made some adjustments that worked perfectly. Add the cookie dough to the bottom, bake 10 min at 325. Then add the Oreos, bake another 10 min. Finally add the cheesecake mixture and bake for the described time of 30 min. It came out perfectly cooked through!! Everyone raved about it, I will definitely make it again!

People! Stop using a site that CLEARLY doesn’t test the recipes they post! Doesn’t fit the pan, serious issues with cooking time, etc. Instead of pontificating on whether a dessert recipe is insulted by its politically incorrect name (Really? You have time to worry about that?) support a professionally run site that actually cares about what they’re doing. There are LOTS of them.  However, Delish ain’t one of them.

Ok, so I’ve made these several times and love them!  However, I need to modify this time due to being on vacation and not having the correct baking dish. Does anybody know if these will work if I make a batch and a half using a 9x13 baking dish?  I am adding one more bar of cream cheese, one egg and 1/4 cup sugar. My thought is to bake it for about 15-20 min longer.  Oh, and should I spray the aluminum first?  I don’t have parchment with me and I’m not going to buy it for one dish. Thanks! Slutty Cheesecake Bars

Vegan Slutty Brownies - Chocolate Chip Cookie Base stuffed with a Vegan Sandwich Cookies and topped with Vegan Brownie Batter. Simple, Decadent, Slutty!

Vegan Slutty Brownies

Vegan Butter (125 grams)

Brown Sugar (packed)

Caster Sugar

Salt

Non Dairy Milk

Vanilla Bean Paste

+ 6 tablespoons Flour

Chocolate Chips

Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Flour

Sugar

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Water

Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Line a 8x8 inch square baking tin with nonstick baking paper.

In a large bowl, start preparing Chocolate Chip Cookie base. Cream Vegan Butter, Brown Sugar, Caster Sugar, Salt, Non Dairy Milk and Vanilla Bean paste with an electric mixer till light and fluffy. Add flour in and mix until well combined. You should achieve a sticky mixture.

Pour in Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips and stir to disperse throughout. Using a spatula, spread sticky cookie dough mixture onto the base of the lined tin.

Layer your 12 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies evenly on the surface of the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

In another clean bowl, prepare Brownie batter. Combine Flour, Sugar, Cocoa Powder and Salt. Whisk to combine dry ingredients and get rid of lumps.

Add Oil, Water and Vanilla Bean Paste to dry ingredients and whisk till smooth. Pour brownie batter over layer of Sandwich Cookies.

Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool thoroughly in baking tin. Once cool, slice and serve.

Cookie dough Oreo brownies (aka “slutty brownies”) are layered with cookie dough, Oreos and brownie batter to create the ultimate dessert bar.

Cookie Dough Oreo Brownies

(98 g) unsalted butter (room temperature)

(150 g) light brown sugar

egg (room temperature)

(140 g) unbleached all-purpose flour

semisweet chocolate chips

(85 g) unsalted butter

eggs (room temperature)

(200 g) granulated sugar

(95 g) unbleached all-purpose flour

Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray and 8x8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line with tin foil or parchment paper and spray again. Set aside.

Whisk flour

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside.

Beat wet ingredients

In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment (or using a hand mixer), cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy and light (I usually mix for 3 minutes). Beat in the egg and vanilla, making sure to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients

Slowly mix in the flour mixture until combined. Stir the chocolate chips. Set bowl aside (stick it in the fridge if you like).

Cookie Dough Layer

Melt chocolate for brownies

In a double boiler or microwave, melt semisweet chocolate and butter, stirring often. (See tips for melting chocolate). Once melted, whisk in cocoa and let cool.

Combine wet ingredients

Meanwhile, fit your mixer with a whisk attachment. Whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt, just until combined—about 30 seconds. Whisk in the warm chocolate mixture. T

Add flour to wet ingredients and stir with a rubber spatula. Set aside.

Brownie Layer

Add cookie dough to pan

Layer the cookie dough on the bottom of the prepared pan, pressing down to form the bottom of the brownies.

Layer oreos

Layer as many Oreos that will fit on top of the cookie dough. No need to overlap. (I managed 16).

Add brown batter

Slowly pour the brownie batter on top of the Oreo layer and make sure it evenly layers on top.

Bake cookie dough oreo brownies

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Test with a toothpick: if it comes out clean the center is done, if not, let the brownies cook 5 minutes more. Let the brownies cool before serving!
