This cherry smoothie is made with frozen dark cherries blended into a perfectly sweet drink that only takes 5 minutes to make.

Cherry Smoothie

cherries

oat milk

agave nectar (honey

vanilla extract

quinoa (optional)

Place the cherries, ice, milk, agave, and vanilla in a blender or food processor. 

Blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth. 

Divide the smoothie into two glasses and top with puffed quinoa or your favorite garnish. 

This simple sweet potato smoothie is thick, creamy, perfectly spiced, and tastes like you&#39;re having pie for breakfast! Made without yogurt or banana, it&#39;s rich in protein and fiber and very satisfying!

Sweet Potato Smoothie (Without Yogurt or Banana)

milk

almond butter (or other nut/seed butter)

vanilla protein powder (I like Orgain)

oats

cinnamon

ginger,

syrup,

Blend

Combine all ingredients except the ice and maple syrup in a blender. Start on low and gradually increase to high speed. Blend until smooth.

Taste

Taste and add the maple syrup and/or additional spices, if desired. Add the ice and blend until creamy. If it&#39;s too thick, add another splash of milk.

Serve

Enjoy now or store your sweet potato smoothie in covered jar to enjoy later. Keep refrigerated.
