Peanut Butter S'mores Bars: chocolate, peanut butter, and marshmallow sandwiched between two layers of a graham cookie crust. It's everyone's favorite summer snack (S'MORES, please!) in dessert bar form.

Best S'mores Bars

butter – I used Land O’Lakes® European Style Butter

white sugar

brown sugar

vanilla

baking powder

flour

salt

graham crackers, crushed into crumbs

peanut butter

chocolate bars (the extra big, extra thick size)

Prep

Cookie Base

Beat the butter and both sugars. Mix in the egg and vanilla. Mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs.

Make a top layer

 Line an 8&#215;8 baking dish with parchment and press 1/2 of the dough into the bottom of the pan. Lift out the parchment with the dough on it and set it aside &#8211; this will be your top cookie layer.

Assembly: 

Line again with parchment and press the remaining dough into the bottom of the pan. Layer with the chocolate bars, peanut butter, marshmallow creme, and top cookie layer.

Bake: 

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Let cool completely for best serving results.

I always use mini or halved marshmallows and I love the texture when they cool.

Made these tonight: Holy crap these see good! I almost didn't add the PB but definitely glad I did. I try not to make sweets but every now and then, I'll see a recipe that I need to make and this was one of those! I thought I'd take them to work tomorrow but now I'm not sure I want to share! I would like to know how regular marshmallows would hold up.

I like those bars because they use a type of vegan butter or margarine that I know everyone likes!  Yum! 😊

These looked irresistible so I made them tonight! I just realized I forgot the brown sugar but it didn't even matter - they still taste phenomenal. I used my offset spatula to push the dough into place and that worked well. Now I'm trying not to eat all these bars at once...

Ohemgeeee!!! I made these today and it took everything in me not to eat them until I got to my party. I made them without the peanut butter because I'm just not a huge pb fan. So, so good!! Will be making again for sure!!!

S'mores Pops

oz baker's semi sweet chocolate

full chocolate graham crackers (Honey Maid)

sprinkles

marshmallows

popsicles sticks

sprinkle

Have everything you need ready and nearby because once the chocolate melts, you will want to work quick. I recommend doing a few batches at a time.

Break graham crackers in half on the dotted lines to make 6 squares.

In a small bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds, stir and melt a few seconds more until chocolate is warm and melted, do not over heat.
