Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray lightly with cooking spray.

Layer flour tortillas with a handful of meat, beans, rice, and cheese.(fill them pretty full, but not so full that you can’t roll them to close). Roll burrito tightly, folding the ends in, and place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until warmed through.

Meanwhile heat enchilada sauce in a saucepan or microwave. Remove burritos from oven and spoon enchilada sauce on top. Add a sprinkle of cheese. Return to oven for a few minutes, just until cheese is melted.

Serve topped with sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo or salsa.

Preparation: Preheat oven to 350℉.  Spray a large baking dish with non stick spray, set aside.

Cook Meat: Prepare the ground beef by cooking in a large skillet over medium heat until completely cooked through, no longer pink. Drain the grease and return to stove over low heat.

Season: Add the taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Stir to combine. Allow to cook over low heat for another 2-3 minutes then remove from heat and set aside.

Fold Burritos: Layer flour tortillas with ingredients slightly off center in the tortilla. Leave at least a 1 inch border to the edge of the tortilla. For each tortilla use 1/4 cup of meat, beans, rice, and sprinkle with cheese. Roll burrito tightly, folding the ends in, and place seam-side down in prepared baking dish. (leave space between the burritos, they shouldn&#39;t be touching)

Bake: Bake burritos for 15-20 minutes.

Heat Sauce: pour the enchilada sauce into a small saucepan and heat until warmed through over medium heat, until just starting to bubble along the edges of the pot. Remove from heat.

Sauce: Spoon the warm sauce over the top of the burritos. Top with additional cheese.

Bake: Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.

Top burrito with shredded lettuce, sour cream and pico de gallo.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Season chicken pieces all over with chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin and salt and pepper.&nbsp;

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook, turning once, until golden brown and cooked through.&nbsp;

Remove to a plate, allow to rest for a few minutes and then shred into small pieces.

Place chicken in a large bowl. Add ranch, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, and cilantro.&nbsp;

Place a big spoonful of filling down the center of each tortilla.&nbsp;

Bring the bottom edge of the tortilla tightly over the filling, folding in the sides and rolling it up into a burrito.&nbsp;

Place burritos on lined baking sheet and brush them with olive oil or spray with non stick cooking spray.

Bake at 400°F for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Meanwhile, prepare sauce by melting butter and olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.&nbsp;

Whisk in flour and cook, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes.&nbsp;

Add cumin. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and cook, stirring, until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in ranch seasoning and sour cream.

Remove burritos from oven and turn the oven to HIGH broil.&nbsp;

Ladle a spoonful of sauce over each burrito and top with a handful of shredded cheese.&nbsp;

Broil for 2-3 minutes, or is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and top with diced avocados and tomatoes. Enjoy!
