Snickerdoodle Fudge has only 5 ingredients and requires no baking!  It&#x27;s so easy to make and the taste is out of this world!

Snickerdoodle Fudge

chocolate

can sweetened condensed milk

cinnamon (divided)

tsp vanilla extract

sugar

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the white chocolate with the condensed milk, stirring frequently.  Once melted, stir in 1 tsp of cinnamon and then the vanilla.

Meanwhile, place a square piece of parchment over an 8&quot;x 8&quot; baking pan.

Pour the melted fudge into the pan.

Mix together the sugar with the remaining tsp of cinnamon and sprinkle over the top of the fudge.

Refrigerate until firm and completely set, about 2 hours.

Remove from the fridge and lift the fudge from the pan by grabbing the sides of the parchment paper.

Cut into squares.  Store in airtight container.  Enjoy!

Snickerdoodle Fudge is a soft and creamy fudge that is full of the classic snickerdoodle flavors of cinnamon and sugar.

¾ cup (170 g) unsalted butter

(168 g) evaporated milk

(340 g) white chocolate chips

(7 ounces) marshmallow fluff

Line dish with parchment paper.

Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon sugar topping.

In a small bowl, make the topping by mixing together the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

In large saucepan, heat sugar, butter, and evaporated milk over medium heat.

Bring mixture to a boil.

Bring the mixture to a boil. Leave on heat until the mixture reads 234°F-238°F on a candy thermometer (about 5 minutes).

Remove from heat. Stir in white chocolate chips.

Beat in marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Transfer fudge to lined pan. Top with cinnamon sugar mixture. Let cool at least 2 hours.

Transfer fudge to the prepared pan. Top with the cinnamon and sugar mixture, pressing it lightly into the surface. Let fudge cool at least 2 hours before cutting and serving.
