club soda (splash - up to 4 oz)

oz maesil syrup

In a cocktail shaker or sturdy tall cocktail glass cup, add the mint leaves and lime juice. Then using a muddler or wooden spoon, smoosh or 'muddle' the mint leaves.

To the muddled mint leaves + lime juice, add soju, simple syrup (or maesil syrup OR sugar), a handful of ice and shake if it&#39;s a cocktail shaker or just mix with a long spoon if it&#39;s a cup.
