This Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew is just like the version at Starbucks - it&#039;s so creamy and refreshing, and the cold brew coffee can be made easily at home!

Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew

filtered water

coffee

sweet cream (see below)

vanilla syrup (see below)

vanilla bean (or 1 tbsp vanilla extract)

Make the cold brew coffee by mixing water and coffee grinds together in a large pitcher. Let sit overnight in the fridge for at least 12 hours (or up to 48 hours if desired). 

When ready to serve, slowly pour coffee through cheesecloth that is sitting in a fine mesh sieve into another large pitcher. Make sure you pour slowly and with precision to ensure there are no coffee grounds in the cold brew.

Cold brew coffee

Add one cup boiling water and 1 cup sugar to a mason jar, stirring well. Add vanilla bean, then let cool to room temperature. Remove vanilla bean, then store in the fridge up to 2 months. Alternatively, use vanilla extract.

Vanilla syrup

Mix all ingredients under sweet cream heading together well in a large mixing cup. If you&#039;d like the frothy texture, use an immersion blender or milk frother to mix up ingredients - if choosing this method, be sure to add to your cold brew ASAP!

Sweet cream

Add a handful of ice to a large glass or mason jar, then mix in 2 tbsp of vanilla syrup. Top with 2 cups of coffee, then add 1/4 cup of sweet cream on top. Serve and enjoy!

Pumpkin Cold Foam (Starbucks Copycat)

oz dairy-free whipping cream (85 ml) (heavy cream alternative)

oz sweetened condensed milk (30 ml)

oz plant milk (30 ml) (low fat, high protein)

pumpkin puree (15 g)

vanilla syrup (store-bought

pumpkin spice mix (store-bought or homemade)

salt

ice cubes (optional)

oz cold brew coffee (225 ml)

vanilla syrup (15 ml) (store-bought or homemade)

Place the cream, condensed milk and milk into your blender. If you&#39;re using a different device, see the notes above.

Process on high speed until big bubbles form. Continue to blend until the texture becomes smoother and thicker.

On one side of the blender, carefully add the pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, pumpkin spice and salt. You want to make sure adding these ingredients does not deflate the cold foam. Blend until well combined and foamy.

Add ice and coffee to your cup of choice, then top up with 1/4 - 1/2 cup of the pumpkin foam.

Strawberry Acai Lemonade

Add about ½ cup strawberry acai base, ½ cup lemonade, and 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries to an ice-filled shaker. Shake well to combine.

Pour entire contents of shaker (including ice) into a cup.

Feel free to make alterations based on your sweetness preferences. Add more of the base for a sweeter drink and less for a more tart (but still sweet!) drink.

Combine white grape juice and sliced strawberries in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

Lower to a simmer and let mixture simmer for 10 minutes, until strawberries are breaking down.

Remove from heat and strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a heatproof bowl. Press down on strawberries with a wooden spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard strawberries.

Pour mixture back into saucepan and return to low heat. Stir in acai powder, green coffee extract powder, and passionfruit powder until powders have dissolved as much as possible (acai powder is tough to fully dissolve, so there will be some granules remaining).

Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Return to heatproof bowl or pour into large mason jar and put in fridge to cool completely.
