Five simple steps is all it takes to make these delicious sirloin steak bites. The garlic butter sauce that coats them is full of flavor and enhances the steak perfectly.

Steak Bites

sirloin

olive oil

tsp black pepper

tsp salt

unsalted butter

garlic (miced)

tsp italian seasoning

parsley (finely chopped)

Chop steak into cubes about 2 inches in size. Toss steak in salt and pepper.

Place olive oil in a large frying pan and heat over high heat.

Place some steak in frying pan (only until you have a single layer of steak. Don’t add all of it at once) work in batches so that you’re cooking single layers until all the steak is cooked. Fry each batch for about 4 to 5 minutes until thoroughly cooked. As each batch is cooked, place in a serving dish.

Once all the steak is cooked and in the serving dish, use the same frying pan to prepare the butter mixture. Place butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning into frying pan over medium-high heat and cook until melted and garlic is slightly browning (no more than 2 minutes).

Pour butter mixture over steak bites and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle parsley over to garnish.

Soy Ginger Steak Bites

½ pounds steak (sirloin, strip loin, or ribeye)

vegetable oil

butter

garlic (minced)

brown sugar

soy sauce

ginger (fresh, minced)

lemon juice

red chili flakes

Combine marinade ingredients. Cut steak into bite sized pieces and add to marinade.

Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Remove from marinade allowing excess to drip off. (Discard remaining marinade).

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

Add steak in a single layer and cook 2-3 minutes without stirring to get a crust on one side. Stir and cook 1 minute more. Do not overcook.

Remove from heat, toss with butter. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.  Serve immediately

Add olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot add the steak in a single layer, working in batches as needed. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to season. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes, stirring often.&nbsp;

Reduce heat to low and melt approximately 4 tablespoons butter in the pan. Add the minced garlic to the butter; cook for approximately 1 minute. Stir to coat the steak bites in the garlic butter and continue to cook for an additional minute or so.

Remove pan from heat and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, salt, and pepper, to taste. Enjoy!

Mediterranean Steak Bites Recipe with Simple Yogurt Sauce

steak,

T fresh thyme, finely chopped (3/4 tsp for dried thyme)

tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (1/2 tsp dried)

oregano

garlic cloves,

tsp sea salt

tsp pepper

feta cheese

c grape tomatoes, halved

c plain Greek Yogurt

T chopped dill (or 1-2 tsp dried)

In a medium bowl or a large ziplok bag, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, lemon juice, salt and pepper and shake or whisk to combine well. Add in raw steak bites and allow to coat each piece. Marinate for at least 30 minutes if possible and can be marinated several hours and up to overnight.

Heat a cast iron or nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add steak and any extra olive oil from mixture into the skillet. Allow steak to cook 2-3 minutes per side, flipping once, trying to touch or flip minimally. If you like a steak that&#x27;s more done, you can leave the steak on for an extra minute or so. Remove skillet from oven and toss halved tomatoes in allowing to heat slightly. Sprinkle with feta before serving.

For the Steak Bites:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Chill until ready to serve. Salt to taste.

Spoon over steak or use it as a dip and enjoy!
