Vegan Bread Pudding with Strawberry and Rhubarb

bread (200-250 grams) (preferably stale)

Nature's Charm Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk

Nature's Charm Coconut Evaporated Milk

unsalted vegan butter (56.7 grams) (melted)

raisins (80 grams) (optional)

strawberries (300 grams) (chopped)

rhubarb (60 grams) (chopped)

cinnamon

nutmeg

salt

Preheat

Cut or rip the bread into small pieces and place it in a large mixing bowl.

Whisk

In a separate bowl, whisk together the condensed coconut milk and evaporated coconut milk.

Pour
