This frozen daiquiri has the perfect slushy consistency, and it&#x27;s dangerously drinkable - there&#x27;s a fair slug of booze in this but you can&#x27;t taste it!

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiris

250 grams/ 8 oz frozen strawberries (, leaves removed)

60 grams/ 2 oz fresh strawberries (, leaves removed (4 strawberries, Note 1))

ml / 1 oz sugar syrup ((Note 2))

60 ml / 2 oz lime juice (, fresh)

120 ml / 4 oz white rum ((Note 3))

strawberries (, cut slit in base)

Lime

Place all ingredients in a blender or Nutribullet.

Blitz until all strawberries are blitzed.

Taste and adjust sweet with more syrup, sour with lime (and booze if you dare!).

Pour into glasses (see video for consistency) and serve, garnished with fresh strawberries!

Easy Straberry Soju Cocktail

This 6 ingredient cocktail combines a strawberry chamomile syrup, gin, and lemon juice for a delicious gin gimlet!

Strawberry Chamomile Gimlet

lemon juice (*juice of about 1/2 lemon)

Ice cubes

First, make the strawberry chamomile syrup by adding the water, sugar, and chopped strawberries to a saucepan. Stir together and cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved and the strawberries are soft.

Remove the pan from the heat and use a muddler to break down the strawberries so they release their juices and the liquid turns pink. Then, add in the chamomile tea bag and let it steep in the hot syrup for 3-5 minutes.

Once the syrup has cooled, fill a large cocktail shaker to the brim with ice. Then, pour in ¾ of the strawberry chamomile syrup, 2-3 oz gin, and 1 Tablespoon lemon juice.

Vigorously shake until the glass is frosted. Then strain the cocktail into 2 Coupe glasses. Garnish with fresh strawberries or chamomile flowers and enjoy!
