Strawberry-Yogurt Popsicles

Place the strawberries in the bowl of a food processor, cover and pulse a few times - or mash strawberries with a fork or potato masher until strawberries are chunky with only a few bigger pieces remaining.

Place the yogurt in a large mixing bowl. Pour the strawberries over the top and gently fold the strawberries into the yogurt. Carefully spoon the mixture into a popsicle mold.

Freeze until completely solid and set.

Beat the heat with these three ingredient strawberry yogurt popsicles with bits of granola. Each bar is layered with fresh fruit, protein, probiotics and under 100 calories!

Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles with Granola

Greek vanilla yogurt (or regular yogurt, divided)

strawberries (sliced)

strawberries (diced ¼-inch by ¼ inch)

granola (your favorite kind)

In a blender, puree ¾ cup sliced strawberries and ¾ cup vanilla yogurt together until a smooth, consistent texture is reached, about 1 minute.

Layer the popsicles as follows: 1 teaspoon cubed strawberries, 1 tablespoon vanilla yogurt, 1 tablespoon blended strawberry yogurt, 1 teaspoon granola. Repeat layers once more or until the mold is filled to the top.

Place cover on the mold and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.

When ready to remove, run the molds under warm water for ten to fifteen seconds. Slowly and carefully remove each popsicle. If the popsicles remain in the mold, run them under warm water for a few more seconds, ensuring not to melt the pops.
